Wonderful coffee. We've been drinking Balance for almost a year now (we have subscription for every 21 day), so I can confidently say it truly does improve our well-being. I can drink as much as I want throughout the day (even before bed) and never have that feeling of a stone in my stomach or that overstimulation where it feels like my body is shaking. And if you set up your coffee machine correctly, you can really taste the nutty and chocolate flavors. I also want to highlight the excellent Customer Support team, who will help you and answer all your questions.

I am happy with excellent service and response with my emails very quickly.

Nice to see a company doing the right thing

I've been subscribing to Balance coffee for a while and will continue to do so. The coffee is delicious and always arrives very quickly after ordering.

We buy whole beans and grind them at home, but when I have received a few free gifts (always a nice touch and a welcome addition) that are pre-ground, the coffee still tastes just as fresh.

We drink a lot of decaf in our house, and Balance's Halcyon Blend is by far the best of anything I have previously been able to buy. It is smooth, great tasting, and has a really nice after taste.

When I had an issue with an order, I contacted the team at Balance and they could not have been more helpful. They responded within hours (even late on a Saturday!) and addressed the problem straightaway.

It's a great brand with a great product, and much better than any coffee I have bought from anywhere else. It's a bit more expensive than what you can buy in shops, but you get what you pay for - it's fresher, far tastier, and not mass-produced. I won't buy coffee from anywhere else.

This coffee is special in all its notes, the taste, smell, color are the best, really good non-toxic coffee is hard to find these days, but they do exist! Please try it and you will understand what I am talking about.Thank you.

This is the only coffee I drink now. I buy coffee beans and grind them myself for freshness. My favourite is the Stability Blend but I also drink Dark Fire which is stronger. The service is great.

This was for a gift and the recipient was extremely happy. The customer service was excellent!

Customer service was sunshine and light until there was a problem. These people are stellar at blame shifting, deflecting, not answering and laying all responsibility for their errors on their customer without lifting a finger to fix problems they've created.

I was extremely careful not to sign up for a subscription as I wanted the trial pack to test the coffee. A while later with no notification I received another coffee + a mushroom elixir. I was told I had set up the sub and I would have to cancel it myself, they can't do it. Yet my account clearly stated there were no subscriptions. When I asked how to cancel something that isn't there - no reply. I was then told that I should be happy with the news that I was getting a free mushroom elixir with the coffee I didn't order and wanted cancelled. I'm allergic to mushrooms and don't want that in my house, would never have ordered it and don't want it. Their reply? Crickets.

I refused delivery and they finally settled the issue with a refund. Do I trust them? No. And neither should you. As long as everything is running sweet for you you'll be fine, but God help you if there's a problem. To me that's all you need to know about a company. And I didn't like their coffee either, it's either too green or too weak and I've travelled the world drinking coffee so I know my stuff.

Really good products - as a diabetic I need to manage my entire lifestyle ecosystem and that includes coffee. Balance coffees focus on purity helps me manage fluctuations in blood glucose better as part of my lifestyle management. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing coffee and customer service!
I can’t drink coffee from Costa etc anymore. Once you’re used to drinking really good coffee like balance you can’t go back to drinking average coffee.
I had a couple of issues with an order (not their fault) and within an hour of emailing they had sorted it out for me. I can’t recommend the coffee or the company high enough

The company make great coffee and customer serice is good too. I'll definitely be re-ordering.

I accidentally ordered whole bean instead of ground coffee, asked if they could change to ground coffee and they responded within minutes and got it sorted!

This is some quality coffee! I have a histamine intolerance so it has enabled me to have coffee without itching which is great. The customer service is also excellent. Can't fault it and will continue to purchase 😄! Thanks!

Had a slight issue with an order, and it was resolved immediately!!! Amazing service as ever !! It’s why you just keep coming back !! The coffee is also some of (if not) the best organ coffee around bar none !!!

I only buy Balance coffee now.
I use to buy Bullet Proof Coffee and I find this to be better.
No bitter ness anymore.

Great Coffee
This coffee is so good - our friends all love it too. We find it hard to have a coffee anywhere other than home now as it doesn't taste as good as Balance!

Was missing a dropper in my parcel so I emailed and they got back to me very quickly with a solution!
