I was disappointed with delivery
I was disappointed with delivery and feel perhaps a better courier be used in future. It was easy to order , I ordered a week in advance for a specific day and paid for specific delivery date and time for a birthday.
While the order was dispatched timeously it was sent with Royal Mail and was not delivered in the time frame. I had to call to enquire where it was when it didn’t arrive and was told it should be delivered. It was finally delivered late in the afternoon which spoiled the surprise

We do not offer any options to request a delivery time on the chosen date. Deliveries can take place any time during the working day. The delivery option that you selected was to guarantee delivery on your chosen day and the balloon gift arrived on that day.

DISAPPOINTED
Arrived late - on the evening of the day following the requested date which was my wife’s birthday/party (therefore useless). The display was uninspiring and part deflated. Supplier blamed the weather and offered only a partial refund. This may meet Ts&Cs but is not an honourable solution.

Two balloons sent to congratulate my sister on the news the chemo had worked and cancer had gone. They arrived the next day as stated and were just what I had ordered. I was very happy with them and my sister was delighted. I would definitely order from here again.
