Contact via email worked well, response time was quick and query answered.
Delivery company not so good, delivery person told me they had knocked and no one came so he took the box back till the next day. We were all in the house and never heard any knocking. The box was damaged, but the balloons were fine and my son loved the surprise, however they only lasted as full balloons for 3 days which was ashame. Whether the day in the van did not help or the hot weather we're not sure. The balloon company are great, but for the price and how long they lasted I probably won't do it again.

I understand delays occur in the postal system are out of your control, however not responding to emails is within your control and not good enough I’m afraid.

2 balloons ordered for my granddaughters birthday, paid extra for guaranteed delivery. DPD only advised 6 to 7pm slot on the day.
Far too late for 8 year old birthday.
Contacted the seller, only prepared to ask courier for earlier slot. Needless to say this didn't happen.

Hi Beverly, thanks for sharing your review. However we don't feel it's particularly fair. Your balloon gift arrived on the date requested. We appreciate that it was later in the day, but we don't state or guarantee a particular time of delivery. If a customer contacts us in advance we can give the option to upgrade to a morning delivery or advise that the delivery is requested for the day prior. When you contacted us on the day of delivery, the driver was already out making deliveries. We contacted them to request an earlier slot - sometimes they are able to divert, but this isn't always possible when their routes are already mapped and it's a more rural / wide area they are covering. We can see that the gift arrived at 6pm and we're sure your granddaughter was still delighted to receive this.

The ballon and chocolate was well received! However, the deliver was after 7pm on the Friday evening and my bother wasn’t home and no note was left for him to know where to pick up the parcel. I live in NZ he’s in Scotland! Not good 🤨

Ideal company to deal with.
Box delivered to another county when it was expected to be; they also got in touch with me to query the address etc. to make sure the delivery went through. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company or using them again.

Great Balloons and Great Customer Service!
I moved to Texas over 3 years ago and wanted to send some balloons to my Mum for her birthday as she is still in the UK. When I lived in the UK my husband would regularly send me balloons from Texas and so I looked up the same company he used as they were always fantastic ballons so naturally I went back to Balloonsbypost. This time I had an issue paying as I could not change the country for my bank card. I contacted Balloonsbypost and they have the best customer service. Lauren was quick to respond, and she was so nice and quick to sort out my problem and found another way for me to pay. Once paid she got the balloons out quickly and they arrived as promised and on time. The balloons we gratefully received, and Mum was really happy with them. They were well inflated and really high quality. I can totally recommend BalloonsbyPost and I cannot wait for another occasion to come up so I can use them again. I will always use them going forward. Great customer service, Thanks Lauren! - you are a credit to this company! :)
