Well all I can say!What an excellent team. When the rest of the chain where pulling there hair out we new exactly what was going on, Tory was confident, knowledgeable and very understanding nothing was to much trouble. B/W have a very young team who are always helpful and very professional. We lost our first purchasers and B/W said they could sell it again within 2weeks and they did. We recently used Balmer Wilcock for their ‘let only’ landlord service, and having nothing but praise for them.
After initially using another local agency for a month with no suitable perspective tenants, we decided to try Balmer Wilcock. I only wish we had gone with them from the start.
