Polite and helpful maintenance…
Polite and helpful maintenance engineer. Spent time to get things right - re-fitting shelf to allow control unit access, adjusting sensor to stop flashing lights in room we use as a bedroom but wired as a living room. Thank you.

Customer service could be better
Despite paying for my maintenance contract in early April, I was not offered a date for the annual check until mid-May and I had to call them to get that.
I received a call from Banham the morning of the visit who left a message cancelling the visit as the engineer was sick.
I was not offered another date by Banham and had to chase them by email. Finally I was offered another date for mid-June. The time slot for the visit was 1.00 - 5.30pm but the engineer did not arrive until just before 6.00pm. No one had contacted us to say he would be late.
There are no complaints about the engineer - he was very nice and did everything he had to do - but customer service at Banham leaves a lot to be desired
