I deposited $120, wagered the entire amount, and tried to withdraw after winning — but the site blocked my withdrawal, claiming I hadn’t met “wagering requirements.” That made no sense since I had already bet every cent I deposited.

The live chat is a joke — just sends the same automated, copy-paste replies over and over, and their email support is clearly run through Zendesk AI that gives generic responses without actually helping. No real person ever steps in.

I was forced to wager another $120 just to try to meet their nonsense requirements, which I ended up losing. It’s now been over three days, and my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed.

This company is dishonest, manipulative, and uses fake “support” to stall you while keeping your money. I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and warning others everywhere I can.

If you value your time and money, stay far away from this scam of a casino.

The platform works without any hangs, which is important. The only thing is that I would like to see more tournaments with bigger prizes. Otherwise, everything is fine, I am quite satisfied with the use.

what a scam! they offer reload bonus of 50%, which i complete the criterias then they dont add the bonus as promised. they send me the following message instead when i asked for it:

Thank you for waiting. I'm really sorry you've had to wait here with me for so long. I wish I could share some good news with you now in the chat, but the sports department informed me that they can offer you the weekly reload bonus on your next deposit of minimum 200 NOK.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT trust this company. They have a terrible reputation, terrible customer service, withdrawal requests take 3+ business days, the promotions are absolutely garbage when you read the fine print. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I mean it. Day 5 of me waiting to get my $50 back. I played through the bonus and as soon as I was able to pull my money out, I did so. That was days ago, and I’m still waiting on it.
