Withdrawal stuck since August 17, no resolution in sight
I requested a withdrawal on August 17, 2025, and as of September 1, 2025, my funds are still pending. I have contacted support twice, only to receive vague assurances that the issue would be resolved "soon." No clear timeline, no transparency, and no action.
This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to prioritize customer trust

Their house games are unrealistic odds. The bonuses $8 maximum per bet with $20,000 rollover. The site is a scam. Even one of their bank accounts are labelled "rugged". They refuse withdrawals and have no legit licenses.

I've requested my first withdrawal 2 weeks ago. They say they aim to process them within 3 business days. I've asked chat multiple times since then for an update and they just tell me "Its with the Finance Department, should be coming soon".
Luckily its not a large amount, but I am not expecting to get it at this point.

I wanted to write an honest review, and I will update it as the process goes on.
I started playing on Bankonbet a few weeks ago, and I really like the layout, the overall feel, and the bonuses.
Like with any online casino, I’ve had both wins and losses, so I don’t want to judge the platform purely based on RNG.
However, what I don’t like is that you can’t verify your account before requesting a withdrawal. This makes the first withdrawal quite a long process. First, you have to wait three days before you can even start the verification process. Then, the verification itself takes another three days. After that, it takes an additional 3-5 days for the money to reach your account.
I’m still in the middle of my withdrawal process, which is why I said I would update this review. Once I receive my money, I hope future withdrawals will go more smoothly
Update 1: already on bussiness day 4 for even trying to get the withdrawal verificated. So far NOT so good.
