Found myself in a situation where i never thought id be with loss of earnings that entirely wasnt my fault and found myself struggling as the weeks rolled on called up bankrupcy scotland and the team were very understanding and done a fantastic job givin me information and deciding on the best action to suit my circumstances cant thank them enough

Was such a relief that these people don’t judge you. Everything explained in plain terms that I could understand staff always on hand to help. When you feel there’s no where to turn when the debts are mounting then turn to these guys they can help no matter the situation and are always a phone call away or text

From day one of the initial call right through to completion of the Trust Deed; I cannot fault these guys whatsoever.

I was at a point where I've done my expenditures 3/4 times, I decided to go alone and do it myself, was sick of being past from pillar to post. Then the phone rang (just as I finished the dishes) and it was Steven, I was sick of it at this point however he asked me if I had some time and I did so we chatted, he was friendly and welcoming was like a chat, he then past me on to Leonie who took my case within minutes, she asked me if I had any other issues which is causing my situation worst, explained I have anxiety and depression, although we were on the phone for almost an hour and a half, she was incredibly understanding, empathitic and felt like it was a friend I hadn't spoken to in years. Thanks to them both and Rachel, I'm now sitting 4 hours after taking Stevens call to being in a plan, stress free, realistacaly affordable and can plan for a better future. Thanks guys 👍

I would just like to thank Jenna and her team for all the help and support they have given me over the past few weeks, what they do is amazing and helps people so much when they are at there lowest and I would advise anyone that has problems to get in contact as soon as possible. They are helping me get my life back and I am forever greatful!

I found myself heavily in debt and was struggling to see a way out. A friend mentioned the company and I decided to phone. I'm very glad I did. They took the time to go over things calmly with me and discussed the options available. They took what was a very stressful situation and made it better. During the call I was tearful once or twice but they understood why I felt that way. I would recommend that if you are in financial trouble then contact them straight away and don't bury your head in the sand

1st class service from Katie and Leonie made me feel so much better about things from the very first call, quick turnaround too, appreciated the messages just to check I was feeling okay nice touch.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone facing difficulties.

Having being really worried about making the call I am 100% glad I did it now. I have been given the best customer service I have ever had and have had all my worries laid to rest with the fantastic help from Jenna, Adam and Rachel. Would seriously recommend contacting them if anyone has any worries.
