I honestly can’t explain how good this company is. One phone call and months of stress and worry disappeared. Jenna and Adam were absolutely amazing. They dealt with everything in such a timely manner and explained everything so well. I actually have my life back again!!! I would highly recommend them

I was terrified of speaking to anyone about my debts and held it off for at least 3 months. But it got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore so after reading the reviews for bankruptcy Scotland I gave them a phone. I started off by speaking to Stephen who reassured me of everything spoke to me about my debt and always told me we would be able to sort something out. He then passed me on to Jenna, I can't speak highly enough of Jenna she was so easy to talk to it was like talking to a friend she talked about my debts to me and never once did I feel like I was being judged, and then she talked through all my available options to me and after making my decision she couldn't have made getting the ball rolling any easier. Even at the end of the call she was saying how much happier I sounded quite simply it was down to our chat. Debt easily makes you depressed and anxious but now after speaking to her I have never been happier. Can't thank BS enough I'm now on a clear path and in 4 years time I'll be debt free! Thanks so much.

Before I contacted Bankruptcy Scotland I had tried everything within my reach to try and resolve my financial difficulties. I was in a downward spiral of debt and couldn't see any way out. After browsing the internet for a final solution, I found Bankruptcy Scotland. After reading a little about them on there site. I registered my details and within 5 minutes I got a call. After discussing my situation with a well mannered and understanding gentleman, I was passed to Leonie who was to handle my case from start to finish if I was to go ahead with any of the solutions offered to me. We went through everything in detail so she understood my situation and my emotional state. She was very empathetic and extremely detailed in offering solutions and how each option would affect me. Although i was speaking to someone who was doing their job, i felt i was talking to a friend, it was a very personal and embarrassing thing to talk about but she helped me relax and open up. After everything, I was shocked and amazed at the options offered to me. I felt like a weight was lifted off my chest. I could breathe again and see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now I can provide for my kids and have confidence that I am taking the right step towards being debt free.

If you are looking for a company who is friendly, helpful and honest with you then this is the one to contact.
I was in a complete rut and had no idea how to solve it. Looking online for solutions and ideas I came across this. Although reluctant to actually call I did fill in the online form to get advice and ideas back by text, I hadn't actually read it would then lead to a call from someone. This put me off initially as I wasn't ready to actually talk about my problem, however this feeling was quickly dissolved when I had a call from someone, Steven I recall his name to be but not definite. He spoke to me for a while and took some details etc off me and put me at ease about it all, he then passed me onto his manager Leonie. There are people in the world born to do particular jobs and this is one! Leonie was calm spoken, friendly, very helpful and empathetic, never once making me feel stupid nor embarrassed by my situation, spoke to me like a person, and not just another caller on the line, in fact none of the people I spoke to did. Excellent team. Although the process involved a few long phone calls, involving a lot of repetitive chats, by the end of the day I felt something I had not felt for a very long time, a sense of relief and light at the end of the tunnel, even though there is a long while to go to be debt free, the feeling of having it under control and payable is immense and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. It may just be a job to those doing it but to me it went well beyond that in so many ways.
