I was locked in a very bad and desperate situation. I do take full responsibility for my debt and I buried my head in the sand thinking that would help. I was at my wits end and could not see any way out. One day I decided I couldn't go on like this any more and I took the extremely frightening step to try and solve my problem. I rang Bankruptcy Scotland and got a very good young man called Daniel. He listened and between him and the rest of the team I am now in a far better position, not just with my debt but my health. I will always be grateful to Daniel and the rest of the team for everything they have done for me. Thank you just doesn't seem to come any where close enough to showing how they have helped me.

I was going through one of the hardest times in my life which was all to do with debt I was in and having no one to turn to. I then found out that Bankruptcy Scotland were able to help. And I am now going through the motions of a trust deed. I was given different options that would suit my needs an discretion help me with to resolve everything.
It has helped massively and removed so many worries I had previously. I owe bankruptcy Scotland alot for just taking the time to speak to me and help me.
I have had nothing but a good experience with them so far and I appreciate all the help they have given me thus far. And I know they are still there when I need them or any advice.

It's impossible to put into words the help and support that Leonie and the rest of her colleagues provided to Janet and myself - but of course I will have a go! My first tentative inquiry was dealt with carefully and thoughtfully, but from that point on they got hold of me, shook me down, dusted me off and made it all happen in a remarkably short time. Within 48 hours everything was recorded, signed and submitted. Their efficiency was remarkable and nothing was missed. It's impossible to imagine any way that it could have been done better. And trust me from someone who has been in debt for more years than i care to remember. one call to them I feel that Ive had the wieght of the world lifted from my shoulders . excellent service I was dealt with straight away and now I can get my life back on track 4 years from now I will be completely debt free I will be 29 and have my whole life in front of me to think I was just going to leave this and let it build up and worry about struggling each day, special thanks to Leonie she has been so supportive honestly this women deserves the world because she's gave me my life back and made me feel so much better all special thanks to Stephen & Sam thanks so much again looking forward to get my life back on track, would highly recommend this for anyone with any debt worries thanks again

I can’t get over how nice and helpful everyone I’ve spoken to are, having tried to deal with some of the companies I owe money to myself and been left feeling judged and bad about myself, the staff here are friendly non judgmental and work so fast to help you out keeping you informed every step of the way and giving you in depth advice on all options open to you I really can’t fault them and feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I kept waiting for a catch but there isn’t one I am so happy I contacted this service 😊

The process seamed a little daunting at the start, and I was scared. But from the very first phone call, I was out at ease and made to feel much more relaxed.
