I had ordered a laptop (elite book 820 G3) for about £140, as this was the price advertised on their website. They then sent me an email saying they would add £264 to my order. It is ridiculous.

Very quick shipping, items arrive very well packaged, clean and in great state, all for incredibly competitive prices. I'm all about environment sustainability and this guys make it accessible and at a quality I've seen only at Bargain Hardware.
Also, I cannot stress enough the quality of the customer service, had an issue with a switch after a few months from purchase, their warranty covered all expenses (I covered only import fees to the EU), all with the friendliest of communications. I will 100% buy again from them, and also recommend it to everyone in need of great, refurbished gear, for their homelab, business or home.

I've been an IT engineer for over 30 years, and for more than 20 of those using Linux. In all that time I have not come across a hardware supplier which outperforms Bargain Hardware. I've had quite a number of items from them over the last few years, and every one was exactly as described. I've had no issues at all, and all kit has performed flawlessly. I wish other companies took as much care of customer and product as these guys do. Well done them.

The support service is Amazing.
Bought a server and had issues with the delivery, they proposed a solution to sort everything out without paying the delivery again.
10/10 would recommend.
Also, kudos to Ben for his kindness throughout my issue.

When the server arrived, everything was working perfectly thanks to their testing before shipping it.

I'm updating my review in light of the fact that Nigel from BH got in touch personally to apologise for delivery issues I had. It makes a massive difference to deal with a company that treats customers like human beings.

I’ve used Bargain Hardware for years. I’ve just bought a Dell Workstation from them to replace an older machine (also from BH but now 5 years old), and they’ve been impeccable. I had a problem with the Display Port input on my own monitor which caused major problems and the technical team couldn’t have been better - even taking the machine back to test with no charge. The problem’s resolved now and I’m delighted with the new workstation which is powering through a backlog of image editing,
VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Had an issue with a fan in a server i bought from here a few months ago. Contacted customer service and they were very friendly and issued a replacement fan as soon as i was able to verify the issue was with the fan unit itself.

Bought a Quadro M4000 GPU from Bargain Hardware. After installing, there were some problems with it recognizing Monitors. I contacted Ben who helped me test the GPU to make sure all the ports were working okay. They were! Then he suggested various equipment/cabling tests I should do to identify the problem. Eventually I got to the root of the problem and am now happily all sorted!

Amazing customer support.
It always highlights how good a company is, not by the purchasing, but by the customer service you receive if things go wrong.
In this case it has been excellent. We had a server finally fail on us this morning, and I've just received notice that a new one has been built and dispatched tonight ready for delivery tomorrow.
They have exceeded my expectation I had for their service and would like to thank Ben especially, for the support, fault finding and way it has all been handled. You have won a new loyal customer.
