The Farmhouse is very well kept and clean. The only suggestion that we have is that the stairs need railings (both the inside stairs and pool stairs) this is because it was very difficult for my grandma to make use of both. Also it would be better if the stairs have more lights (white light) so that they would be more easily accessible for older persons.

Great communication from Baron. Great location. A BOLT taxi will arrive in 5 mins and take you anywhere on the island. House was lovely with a great pool. Small shop for essentials is only 1 min walk.

Too many emails sent. Too many instructions. I found it difficult to relax !!!
On the whole the penthouse is beautiful and comfortable except for the mattress in the double bed- one can feel the springs there. It is too flat.
Another issue is the lack of supervision in the pool area. Over 3 days some young and noisy children were unsupervised by their parents by the pool. Perhaps among the many instructions given the importance of parental supervision could be emphasised too!!

I recently enjoyed a fantastic weekend stay at Tal-Majsi farmhouse, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds.

The farmhouse itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The highlight, of course, was the private pool. It was pristine, inviting, and provided the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. We spent hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and taking refreshing dips.

Our bedrooms were luxurious and comfortable to ensure a great night's sleep. The living areas were equally impressive, offering plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, although we also took advantage of the excellent local dining.
The location was perfect – secluded enough to offer peace and privacy, yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby area, but honestly, the farmhouse was so wonderful that we were just as happy spending most of our time on the property.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Overall, our weekend at ta Majsi was nothing short of magical. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in a luxurious setting with the added bonus of a private pool. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

We had a nice stay in this house. Everything was clean and tidy. The booking was easy and without any problems. However, I am a bit disappointed with the communication with our agent. We were a bit nervous about the unlocking, as it turned out to be the wrong code given by the agent. Also not on time to reply to WhatsApp messages; even when we asked to extend the stay by another day, we got a reply two days late, replying quite frivolously that she was sick even though the message was read the same day. Also, when leaving the house, we tried to contact the agent in question by phone, but without success. It was quite disappointing if she was really sick. Then she should transfer her duties to someone else! I have some remarks about the tap in the kitchen; the faucet does not work well, and I burned myself several times. The dishwasher is also very small for such crockery. It definitely needs another umbrella by the pool, and some of the chairs outside were worn out. The furniture is quite old, especially the wardrobes and lockers, which were unusable because they smelled stale. I definitely need a new crib for those with small children because one of the bolts was visible and it was not safe for a child to sleep there.

From booking the holiday to finishing our holiday everything has been stress free and easy. All staff we have dealt with have been quick to respond and very helpful. The villa was lovely and suited all of our needs.

nice apartments. we had the inconvenience, on the first day, of an accommodation that was too humid and had a musty smell, but they immediately changed our apartment, making an upgrade. Definitely very efficient and helpful.

Spacious and very fully equipped property, including the kitchen. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the impeccable insect screens throughout. We would also like to mention the large pool and the outdoor area, which were in perfect condition.
The handling before and during our stay went completely and smoothly via internet, phone and WhatsApp, questions were answered attentively and friendly.

The apartment was beautiful and more spacious in real life than the photos showed. Had plenty of space for our family of 5. Pool was great too. They provided plenty of towels and it was very clean.

The negative is the check-in process. Was overly complicated with forms that werent relevant to us like car hire and airport transfer. I had to keep contacting the office for access to things like car park. You also have to call them when you get there to get access, so make sure you have an active sim or data on your phone.

There is also a lot of construction and roadwork in the area so it's difficult finding your way in and out with all the roadblocks. You can't hear any of it from the apartment though.

This was a beautiful villa, very spacious, with excellent facilities. The pool area was very clean and well kept and the rooms were large comfortable and well furnished.
It was easy to contact the rep who was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately no where to leave your cases if your flight is late in the day.

The apartment was great, clean, spacious and central. Each guest is given a garage space + swimming pool which is most ideal.

The villa was a great layout with the 3 teenagers downstairs 1 adult on the living area/pool floor and 1 adult upstairs on the balcony floor. The location is ok and there are a couple of great restaurants in the village.
Other villages and the beaches are only a short drive away. The villa was clean if a bit tired in some areas. Stunning view across the valley however immediate view is not so great. We had a fabulous week in Gozo with this cosy villa as our base.

Baron have been around for many years and we use them regularly because their holiday homes always meet a high professional standard, regardless of the villa chosen. This consistency gives peace of mind when choosing a holiday rental. Also, the booking process is clear and easy, the staff are friendly and helpful, and any contact needed is dealt with incredibly fast with good communication. Long may they continue.

We've been using BaronsGroup for years now for its good quality farm houses and service. The last house we rented just for a weekend was well maintained. located in a very nice and quiet area (Qala), equipped with a pool, a unique and cosy backyard and with a perfect orientation for Sunset. It's basically what we would expect from Barons Group vs its level of quality.

Unfortunately this time, some bits and pieces came tainting our stay which is unusual from BG:
* No hot water after ~12h in the house
* Plug sockets not working and smelling of burnt
* Ceiling fans very noisy when turned on (was making so much noises that we couldn't activate it if we wanted to sleep)
* Pool with murky water
* Pool/terrasse equipment (umbrella) torn down and not replaced

This is a shame as the house was really nice but these left a taste of bitterness at the end. We were expecting a bit more from the usual high quality level of Barons Group.

The farmhouse is wonderful! Peaceful, relaxing, and quiet except for the occasional sheep or rooster. It's close enough to Victoria for me to walk. I love having a pool to cool off in the afternoon.

We stayed at LeVecca to celebrate my son's 11th birthday with some of his friends. The place is very big and well lit. The pool is a good size with amazing views. Sunrise straight through your bedroom window. Very well equipped and well looked after.

Great web site, lots of properties to choose from and excellent customer service. We had a fabulous stay and hope to return next year.

Great experience from start to finish with Baron homes! The villa was even better than the photos and was so great to have access to the gym and sauna. The private pool, jacuzzi and BBQ was a huge plus and definitely made the holiday!

The maisonette was fantastic it was very clean and well equipped. Communication with the company was flawless. Will definitely plan another stay here.

Accommodation is very clean and info/welcome book is very helpful.
View, bedrooms and house are all stunning. Location is great for local bus and ferry travel and all very reasonable priced.
