Don’t do it !!!
Before I start I think I should make clear if there was an option of 0 stars …that would be to generous for these guys. You couldn’t get a smoother talking group of people when they are trying to get there hands on your cash. Anyway my bad experience started when i decided a hair transplant was something I was going to do but didn’t want to go abroad. I started looking in the uk an found one closest to me , which was the Baruch hair clinic in Leeds. I spoke to them an they seemed like lovely people …stayed in touch etc etc. I agreed to use them as they convinced me I’d made the right choice. After I paid my deposit they sent me the procedure time/date address an I soon realised that it wasn’t actually them performing the procedure, they act like a kind of middle man so they can take a “large commission” (finders fee) then send you to a high street clinic for a cheap procedure done my extremely unprofessional people who deliver a very unprofessional service. I was quoted £4000 to cover the crown area ,the top of my head and the front hairline. “I have this in writing also”. Instead I walked out of the procedure with just my crown area done which is a complete breach of the contract and shameful on there part. I now have to have the whole procedure again somewhere else as they have done a completely unsatisfactory job and have not answered the phone since the operation. This is a business that will sell you a dream to take your money and then shun any responsibility as they get a second party to perform the procedure. If this review prevents one person from losing the money I have il sleep a little better. A lot of men suffer from hair loss an there targeted by money hungry vultures online ….this establishment is a perfect example. This is an honest account…and a painfully real review. Good luck guys .
