Despite all the instability and hard times in Lebanon, Basma Clinic has done an excellent job providing the best service without ever compromising quality. They fixed all the things that bothered me with my teeth and made sure I was 100% satisfied before ending my treatment. Even after I had to leave Lebanon and move to the US, they continued sending me my trays and responding to all my concerns. They address issues promptly with so much empathy. I honestly wish they had a branch in the US because I’m certain they could compete at an international level. I’m so proud that a clinic of this caliber is Lebanese.

10 months, lots of patience, and so many smile checks later, I finally got the results I wanted! The Basma team was incredibly supportive and encouraging the whole way through, especially Alma. Couldn’t have done it without them!

The beginning to end process is fairly easy and straightforward. The support in my opinion is the best part of the process. In terms of results, my teeth are well aligned however they’re not perfect but it’s acceptable for me.

I was a bit worried when I started because I discovered Basma on an instagram app and wasn’t sure it was legit. But I’m really happy to say that after a year with them everything was perfect. The customer service team were all nice, kind and helpful. I needed adjustments to my original treatment plan and they took care of everything as promised.
