recived this as a gift. The batch team kept me updated with what I would be sent out when it would be arriving, and all about the coffee. When we had delays the Batch team could not do enough to help and checked in to make sure it had arrived. Really great customer service and looking forward to my next batch.

I’ve tried a few coffee subscriptions but Batch is my favourite. Great for trying new coffee. Reliable delivery. Good response if you contact them about anything

I was looking for a present for a man who has everything. I came across the Batch Coffee Club subscription and thought it would be interesting and widen his coffee knowledge and horizons. I benefit too. The subscription arrived on time and there was a lovely coffee aroma on opening the box, stronger than our regular coffee. The coffee tasted lovely. Looking forward to the next delivery.

I had high hopes...as I love the idea and I love my coffee beans...

Coffee was fine, although both batches I was sent in my first order tasted very similar to each other.

I didn't appreciate not getting an email notification about my second batch, prior to the money being taken for the order - not sending an email offering the option to delay or skip is very poor, so I've cancelled my subscription.

Overall, disappointed.

Bought as a gift for my sister. Easy process and quick to respond. I can't wait for them to start arriving 😄

Its my first time using Batch Coffee. Love the idea and happy with the quantities and price. But I would really love to be able to tailor the tastes a tad. At least say a preference, but i understand that Batch isnt a huge business and I may end up with flavours which just aren't my bag.

Great coffee - they do the hard work of picking the interesting coffees and there has not been a single month of having to repeat the coffee or one that I have not enjoyed

I have 2 subscriptions rotating for variety and this is by far the best. I have to reduce this down to the 1 as it triggers a mini celebration each time to get to the Batch one!

10/10 - This is genuinely the best subscription coffee on the market. Different brewers every month, you don’t know real coffee until you’ve tried this!

The coffee arrived as promised
I was sent two types in my batch and they were completely different.
I normally go for dark roasts and espresso strength the two you sent changed my views of what coffee could taste like
Both complex but the songbird from KIN was fruity and sweet-the Samba from Danelaw was earthier and richer
A lovely alternative to the daily double epresso

Have used them for 2 years and the quality and service are exceptional.

The customer service is brilliant. Seriously. Anytime I’ve needed assistance I’ve had a real person, who seems to genuinely care about helping me respond. The coffee is fantastic, but the people are next level. xx
