Quality products at sensible prices.
Staff are exceptionally well trained and always pleased to spend time helping with decision making.

Worktops are a quality product had a few issues with delivery but was sorted very quickly

Truly great customer service from the Hull, Mount Pleasant branch. Had an issue with the size of the O ring and had a new one delivered the next day.
Bought a beautiful sink unit & basin which was affordable. Excellent customer service throughout. Will definitely buy again from this company.

Absolutely brilliant. Ordered a bathroom suite bank holiday Monday at 3.30pm and it was delivered the following morning at 11.30 am. Seamless service . Delivery drivers lovely and the quality of the products next to none . We are currently looking at ordering a cloakroom unit as we are so happy with this company . We also have a Bathroom Mountain showroom nearby which is amazing as we were able to see the actual products before purchasing, Highly recommend this company . Massive thank you . It’s always a concern when spending such a large amount of money but no concern here. Thank you for a brilliant service !

Radiator ordered and delivered next day as advised. Communication received from delivery driver to ensure I was at home to receive the item.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in their work, nothing was to much trouble for them. The show room is amazing so much to see and fantastic prices.

We travelled to the hull showroom where they had a huge selection on display. We were able to buy everything we needed. The staff member was very helpful and polite. We ordered our items on Saturday afternoon they were delivered on Tuesday afternoon by 3 polite gentlemen who came from Wakefield .they brought the items into the house and put them where we asked them to without hesitation.

We were thinking of replacing 3 radiators in our house to try and get the house warmer,the hall has always been a cold place in our house. We went to bathroom mountain Hull just for advice and after talking to Steve ordered the radiators, they came the next day. They are very heavy and well made, they are now all working the difference is like day and night they are fantastic put out lots of heat. I would like to thank steve and all the staff at bathroom mountain Hull for all their help and advice, I would definitely recommend this company

I can't fault Bathroom Mountain, HULL. I needed a new toilet asap. I got online on Sat 27th Dec and having found Bathroom Mountain had stock available and could deliver on Monday I ordered. Delivery was prompt Monday morning first thing. Perfect.

Large range of styles of cabinets plus all the taps showers and shower enclosures and bases all in one place (Hull Showroom). We even replaced the radiator to tie in with our new bathroom. The prices are quite competitive.

From our first visit and chat with Laura who was so friendly and helpful , no pressure at all and just gave us all the time we needed to make our final choice , she was great Thankyou
