Local warehouse delivery is timely and efficient, and whether the local warehouse is available can be displayed on the product page when ordering.
There were issues but quickly corrected.
Original order came really bad - bad packaging and battery shipped was dead. Seems like somebody made mistake and wrong product was sent. So, while things like that should not happen, after contacting customer support, issue was quickly and professionally resolved - new and working battery was sent within few days. I give 4 stars because "things can happen" and I hope vendor corrects this though resolution was prompt so they deserve the credit. I would use this service again.

Excellent service
After emailing model numbers for my Chomebook to the Battery Shop they emailed back asking me to send pictures of the old battery to make sure they sent the correct replacement. When the new battery failed to power up they immediately emailed directions how to quickly reboot the Chromebook. Works like new now. Excellent service and immediate responses from this company.

Works fine a couple months later
The battery was a fair price and it arrived when expected. It came with instructions that I could tell were translated into English, but they were still understandable. I'm writing this review after a couple months and the battery still works fine.
