I ordered a laptop battery for my MSI Stealth. The product arrived on time and appears to function perfectly. I have been using it daily for a month now with no issues.

I bought a battery from Battery Shop. I gave the informations related to my battery to replace which were:

... and rather received this battery;

Nothing on the shipping explained why it was different. I used this page to report my experiment. I was informed a few days later that my battery model was discontinued and that it was for this reason i received a compatible model. Everything works well since. Trust this company.

Note; Perhaps in these situations would it be interesting to receive a small note with the shipment to explain when there are differences between the specifications requested and those received.

Purchased a computer battery. Due to shipping delays I was advised on the best method for shipment. Received the exact item I needed and it worked perfectly. Would recommend this company without any reservation.

Thank you for asking my feedback. Overall the service I received was very good. I would have given a five star rating if were not for the fact the local DHL delivery was delayed by more than a week due to incomplete address details. I don't know at what point along the route some of the address details were lost but the parcel was delivered only when I phoned the local DHL depot to enquire about the delay in the delivery.

The battery I got has been great, works like a charm and haven’t had any problem. I had bought one from ebay thinking it would be at least the same but after charging it , the battery starting dying way faster than the original. But compared to the battery shop it’s like night and day, when I need a new battery I’ll happily buy it here.
