Great experience

Clear process checking out as guest and the email correspondence was excellent. Item arrived with no issue packed well. Have bought my next guitar pedal here as well due to the free postage.

Never an issue.

I have purchased many items from this store over the years and they have never been a disappointment. I am kept well informed of deliveries and everything arrives well packaged. I would and have recommended this store to anyone.

Always great products and service

I have used Bax music for years and have always had great service. The products arrive when expected and are in great condition! The website could be better on mobile for filtering but overall it’s one of 3 which I use for music related items!

Advertised price was cheaper than the product available on the website
I’m happy to change this review to a 5 if BAX get in contact with me and offers me the ADVERTISED 299 instead of the 315 they charged me for the product I bought from them

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered an expensive guitar stand, was delivered but not to my address.

For over 3 weeks they were “investigating” and never actioned anything. I’m yet to get a refund as it’s ongoing.
