First time ordering from this company and the last time ! On the 15/5/26 I placed an order for a mixer and dustcover which was shown as in stock and at a cost of nearly £700. This was a birthday gift. After two weeks I chased said items to be told that the they were waiting on items coming into stock and I would receive them in a week. A week went past and no delivery, no comms, therefore chased again. To be told the mixer was in stock but the dustcover wasn't. They said I could have the mixer as part delivery and the dustcover would be sent when they got it in ! Fast forward to the 1/7/26 and after numerous e mails and re jigged dates for delivery of dustcover it finally arrived. Needless to say both items didn't arrive in time for my sons birthday. I definitely would not recommend this company and will never use them again.

Good store. Websites a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Additional fees for PayPal and klarna but everything else is great.

I ordered a pair of expensive headphones, waited weeks and nothing, I then contacted the customer service, heard nothing, ended up sending them a strongly worded mail about how unhappy i was with the service, eventualy they replied gave me a £10 gift card,,, the headphones eventualy arrived, and they didnt work... the lead only worked in one ear, so had to go through there conveluted returns policy,,, its been over a week and Ive still not heard anything back from them,,,, I will NEVER use this firm again,,,,,

I ordered a guitar a while ago and the delivery time was quick. Guitar was good quality too and pretty much ready to be played. The guitar was a good deal.

Picked up a Fet XLR pre amp for a great price (Bax had the best price by a few pounds and free delivery). I would have given a 5 star but the packaging for this tiny preamp was a big box where it was bouncing around with a small plastic air bag that wasn't stopping it from moving. Based on previous experience and looking at the current reviews I wasn't sure whether or not to order but I feel like it worked out. Overall I'm happy that I got my product for the best price and didn't have to contact customer service or anything like that.
