So impressed our boiler was leaking and over the phone they told us how to stop the leak, then arranged an appointment to come and replace the part which was broken. Excellent customer service and lovely people, with prices which are excellent compared to other companies around which quoted ridiculous prices. They also explained everything clearly once the boiler was fixed, giving peace of mind. Thank you
