A complete scam

A complete scam. I was bumped to this site and joined up believing it was for another site.
I immediately cancelled my subscription (6 months) and asked for a refund. After a few weeks of stuffing around they said no refund. They said that according to the contract I signed I was not entitled to a refund. This attitude was reflected in the many other reviews of this site I have found online. Once you have signed they have your money you have no chance of getting it back. Here is the standard BS response...Hi! Thank you for your review. Worst dating site ever

Worst dating site ever! They have such shady financial terms and practices. I got billed 2 times in a month, even though i request a cancellation of my renewal.

Cons:
- There is no way to just click a button for renewal to stop. U have to disconnect from your account and check a tiny button at the end of the home page and fill a stupid form. What an inept way
- U have to contact customer support to find out your remaining premium period. Retard way
- Horrible customer service
- They sent after me their debit collection department for a mear 67$ bcuz i forgot to cancel
- They don't send u an email notification, just in time to remind u to cancel, like basically any other dating app does.
- They hope u forget about your subscription, like i did, so they can charge u automatically
- There is no button to uncheck, Recurring payment
- Only way to talk with them, is thru email. No phone number
- At checkout, they have a fake image for Norton Secure and other crap that tells u that the transaction is secure
- Bunch of scammers on site
- It says in their fine print : In no way, Be2 should be sued by the user ( who do u think u are!)

Ending lines: Stay faaaaar way from this site. The Luxembourg gov. should look into this scam company. No wonder the reviews are this abismal

I cancelled MONTHS AGO and these…

I cancelled MONTHS AGO and these thieves are still stealing 40€ from me every month and the customer service is basically non-existent. Stay away from this horrible company. I regret the day I signed up. I do not have any income and am disabled and alone. They have completely taken advantage of me.

I saw Be2's response from 16 October 2023, but it only says that you can find info on how to cancel your membership and doesn't provide any link or means to cancel the subscription. I posted a comment a few days ago, and no one has responded to it yet. It's ridiculous.

Be2's response (16th October, 2023) to an unfortunate subscriber:
"Hi. You can find info on how to cancel your membership on our website, in our terms and conditions and the welcome email you were sent when you signed up for the service. If you have further questions regarding this, you are always welcome to contact our customer service. Thanks!"

Is scam

Is scam. They charge my card without asking about 65€. If you make an account and activate premium and then you want to cancel they not offering refund, and you need to complete an form (an actual form). Is unbelievable how these thugs keep robbing people without consequences. Don't put your data on their website!!!

Edit: Thanks to the comunication through Truspilot someone finally cancelled my premium. Still this website is shady af. If everything will be easier, like cancel the premium yourself they will not get this many bad reviews and about 65€ per month is unbelievable

I wish I could have enough time, I will take the owner into the court. They charged me automatically for three months without my consent. Hectic long process to delete my account. Never ever open this page, they will rob you in many ways.

I was charged 299.40 this morning without any notification. Tried to contact the customer service only online available and I was told to fill out the forms with my bank information. Too cared to take this risk again. Thus is unfair to the customer. Very bad experience with this company. I will fight with you forever.

SCAM, DO NOT GET TRAPPED

Too bad there is no ZERO RATE because that is what Be2 deserves. They will get hold of you and your credit card number, and debit whatever and whenever they want to collect from you, and you'll have NO WAY OUT because they just do not reply your emails asking how to cancel your membership. And when you put a stop debit on your credit card, you will be harassed by a company called eCollect whose purpose is to keep juicing you in exchange for nothing.

SCAM ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!! This website tricked me into a one time payment of $138NZ when I only agreed to a one time payment of $34. Looking back over the sign up process there is no paper trail about the amount I signed up to :( And despite what they say there is NO WAY to cancel the membership without jumping through a million hoops and waiting for however knows how long. DO NOT SIGN UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

It would be wrong to be friendly or even polite to one of their employees. You have to be as unfriendly to them as the law allows.

To cancel subscription you have to jump through hoops, its easier to cancel the credit card.

SCAM.
A warning to BE2.com never contact me through this site I am not interested in your lies and deceit.
BE2 dating site is set up so it makes it absolutely impossible to delete your profile and personal information because it is the way it is set up so you cannot.
Even though I got sucked into there cunning scam and paid quite large sum money like many others I found out I still could not get into BE2, they have you blocked, telling me >>>
The access to your profile has been suspended temporarily a collection procedure has been initiated.
which is just another deceitful lie.
I am not dealing through BE2.com but lucky that I have family that are in the police force, so this is not a warning this has gone further.
