Absolutely nearly impossible to delete, says your signing up for a week they take $100s from your account, which is not mentioned at all.
To cancel subscription you have to jump through hoops, its easier to cancel the credit card.
Scammers who just want your cash, do not join up with this company

If I could, I wouldn't give a star. Since I started using Be2, I haven't received a good response despite I'm a premium member. Even those who responded only send an emoji. It's almost like they're robots. I tried deleting my account. They asked me to message the customer service via Email. I did it and never received a response. I found an email from Trust Pilot and Emailed it. This time I received a response and they said they would review my account but they didn't even ask me for any information. It's been about three days now. I'm exhausted trying to delete my account. Why does it have to be so difficult? Is it the money you all want? Just delete my account, I'm begging you now. If you are reading this, please i do not recommend be2. There are better sites. Please take your money and delete my account.

The worse dating web page I ever try, is just spam, there is not a single soul there. Is terribly expensive. If you forgot to cancel the subscription they will charge you even is notorious you never been in for months. Not like Match, at least the have the decency not to chary if you forgot.

I that pirate this web than not even they write down when is expiring your membership, you need to write a email t the costumer service no ask for it and, how you now, they never answer.

This site is nothing but a scam stay away, it will cost u money I supscribed for a mth emailed them to say I no longer wanted the service, they emailed bk saying I owed money plus handling charge. An absolute money making site stay away, match. Com is a, much better dating site. Beware stay away from b2 dating app

This company is proving to be exactly the same as so many other's, not once did I read that you had to take out a subscription to interact with other members, everything I read said FREE FREE FREE.
be2 like so many other dating sites are set up to take money from honest kind and caring people who are looking for a match.

It takes ages to complete a full profile, upload photo's etc and even then it does not say you need a subscription, only when they (supposedly) match you to someone does it become a problem because you then cannot see the photo's of your supposed matches ??

WARNING- stay away from this site- it is a SCAM. Read the feedback and their responses to this feedback as it is telling you who they are- they are scammers. They keep saying sorry but do nothing to change their behaviour and customers are clearly telling them what their shared experiences are over and over again. My experience has been identical- conned by the way they present their fees, they make it easy to sign up but near impossible to cancel, they take money from you without letting you know, and when you change your card they threaten you with debt collectors. It is all here in the feedback and their responses to that feedback does not change- that tells you they are repeat offenders of the great scam to relieve you of your hard earned money- so STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I get charged every month 40 euros for a service i dont use and there is no way you can cancel it !! Be carefull when subscripin g to this sites they are scamer!

BE2.com is a scam. NEVER use them! When you want to cancel your subsription they insist that you need to send a cancellation by old fashioned mail on a piece of paper to Luxembourg, otherwise by Fax - who uses a fax machine nowadays? Email is not acceptable. Of course most people just send an email to cancel, so 6 months down the track your credit card is cynically charged, and they won't refund you. If this doesn't convince you just look at all the reviews that tell of the dishonesty and poor service. Criminal investigations into this organisation need to be instigated soon so it is shut down permanently.

be2 is a scam. do not ever give them any details. their terms are ridiculous. their communication is useless. the only thing they are good at is making threats and relentless debt collection. they tell you nothing until the day they don't get their money then they turn into attack dogs.
if it is too late and you are already in...cancel your card and run. do not believe the "please contact us and we'll sort it out" lie...they will only harass you until you pay.

Posting anon because of privacy concerns. This company operates viciously. Takes money when you have explicitly tried to cancel by contacting their customer service. Your emails never get a response (the 3-5 days mentioned in a response here is a pure lie) and they purposely make it difficult to cancel. They have sent my case to a debt collector and now it's just plain harassment. DO NOT use this app/company. Be warned!

Signed up for a month, after a week I tried to cancel this subscription but that have continued to take money from my account. I have sent numerous emails and no have been answered

If I could, I would rate it zero. I signed up for trial subscription for Euro 9.90. Then did not like the scammers on the site so decided not to continue with the subscription. When I tried to delete my profile, it was not allowing me to do so without paying for the next month. So I just let it be as it is . Now I am receiving threatening emails about legal action for Eur 50.60 owed to this site for a profile which I could not access in the first place due to non payment. So either my profile was accessible or I do not owe them anything. How can they charge me for something which I was not even able to access.

Be2 operates dating sites, and overcharge for their service, make it intentionally difficult to unsubscribe from their service and continue to charge for their service when requested to close account. This is a sham and scam service. Do not use any Be2 sites, 40's +, 50+ dating sites. Cancel your card used to pay for the service, is the only way to stop the illegal removal of funds from your account or credit card.

I was scammed R999. They asked me to join for a month only at a rate. The website was a scam, I realized removed my profile. They illegally charged me R999 whilst my subscription was for a month only. I see online that they charge people for life once you subscribe once. They have no chanels of cancellation. They illegally save your cvv number. Your best shot is to cancel your bank cards.

Im having a very experience with these people. Last month I had to payment outstanding amount for subscription fee, which I did. In the email indicated that if ilI pay that fee and can immediately cancel my subscription and delete my account and no further cost will occur.
Suddenly, this month I get another email saying I have another outstanding balance of R999.00 which I don't understand. According to them a payment was reversed but I don't see any reversal on my bankstatements. I refuse to make any more payments because I already paid over R1000 in November which you confirmed that you received.
