Beacon have been recommended by a couple of friends so imagine my surprise when they mixed up some of my earnings figures which resulted in a significantly lower loan amount estimation.

Even worse, the person I've been taking to cannot differentiate between the words "years'" and "year's" which caused a lot of confusion and wasted time emailing back and forth.

Fortunately there are a lot of options so I'll work with someone else.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY , they advised my parents to go from a repayment mortgage with 13 years left , to a interest only mortgage over a further 20years , they sold the mortgage to my mum who had dementia , my parents will be 91 and 89 when they pay back the interest and will then be homeless, we are in court proceedings

Lauren from beacon mortgages recently helped my sister with a difficult remortgage after her divorce. Whilst the mortgage was sorted the compation, and support given have been supburd. All that can be said is, if you need a mortgage or any financial help then call Beacon Mortgages!!!
