Now we've paid it forward to someone else, and they have been equally appreciative. Service was also speedy, as it arrived at its destination the very next day. Absolutely fantastic - I ordered a bearhug and sent it to a friend who had recently caught covid and would be sending Christmas indoors; I wanted to lift her spirits. The whole process was fantastic from beginning to end: the website was easy to use, and it was fun selecting all the items to send in the box. Immediately after ordering, I noticed I had messed up a couple of bits I needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient in resolving it for me.
Given how I ordered just before Christmas (the 22nd, I think), I was super impressed by how quickly the bearhug was dispatched, and it arrived with my friend in time for Christmas. My friend was overjoyed when she received the bearhug; we video-called so she could show me it and it did exactly as I had hoped. It looked amazing with all the different items!
I will definitely be back to buy from you again, thank you to the whole team. And it's fantastic supporting such an ethical business.
