Beatrix detected and fix a leak from a gas fire. The pipe was difficult to access, and some wooden flooring had to be removed. The work was carried out neatly so that the floorboards could be replaced. The team was helpful and professional throughout, and found creative solutions to some tricky problems. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Good communication before, during and after boiler service. Jack was efficient and friendly. Would use again.

I didn't catch the engineer's name who came to service my boiler but the whole experience was great. Very thorough (much more convincing than some of the other services I've had in the past), neat/tidy, polite and efficient. He arrived on time, did all the necessary checks and gave me some good advice to maintain the boiler, after confirming everything was safe to use.

We needed a boiler service and Beatrix were easy to book, arrived on time and carried out the job promptly. Gave the boiler a clean bill of health, keeping us updated during the job and even took off their shoes coming in and out of the house. Will definitely use them again.

I used Beatrix for a gas safety certificate. Jack was the person who attended and he also helped to fix my radiator and reseal the kitchen top. Jack was incredibly helpful and friendly. The costs were very reasonable and straight forward. Also very clear communication from Chloe to plan the appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Beatrix Home in March and they provided clear advice and pricing estimates for the installation of a new Vailliant boiler. The team is very professional - they work well together and do what they say. The team which fitted the boiler communicated well and were very conscientious and explained all the safety points clearly. Everything is working well. I will certainly want to use Beatrix again.

Beatrix Home are brilliant. For many years my central heating system just wouldn’t reach temperature and the radiators further up the flat were never warm.

These guys took such pride in their work and it was refreshing to see such determined professionals go about their work as they tried to discover what the problem was. Thank goodness they discovered and rectified the problem. I now have a wonderfully warm flat.
I’ll never use or recommend any other company. Totally professional team, from the first phone call to reception to the engineers that carried out the job.
