I have been going to Beauty Outlet for many years with each of my daughters and every time we have visited the staff have been excellent. Always helpful and ready to help, the store is always pleasantly laid out and easy to navigate with plenty of new lines added. But it is the ladies who work there who have impressed me the most - well done ladies

I ordered 8 false eyelashes and there was a problem with one of the ones they sent. Customer services sorted the issue immediately. Quick response and good customer service is the reason I give this company 5/5 and I will definitely order from them again.

The goods have not arrived to me for 3 weeks and the store does not want to return the money, I send e-mails and they only promise and apologize, but they do not return the money, I feel cheated, I do not recommend it, I will report it.

Great choice of products & prices.
I had a slight issue in that I was emailed to say an item was out of stock, so I could choose a different item to the same value.
The lipsticks I ordered were not like the colour on the website, so I asked to return them. I've even been updated to say they have received the items back. Great service. Will definitely buy from these again

I was really disappointed that I couldn't replace my favourite bronzer again as it had been a supplier whose only outlet was Wilko. I was delighted to track it down at Beauty Outlet, which I've not used before. I ordered 2 of them, plus a couple of other products and got confirmation and delivery updates. They have arrived today, via Amazon, very well packaged and exactly as advertised. Thank you.

Beauty Outlet had a revolution eyeshadow pallette that I'd not been able to find anywhere else. Delivered within 2 days by Amazon delivery service. Very well packaged. Brilliant service

I recently visited the Beauty Outlet at the O2 in London while on a trip from Nottingham, and I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service at the till. I wanted to check the price of an item while paying for others. Upon finding out it wasn't worth the price, I decided not to buy it. However, the lady next to the entrance rudely interrupted the transaction, saying, "put it back," even though she was still scanning my items. I placed the item near the till, but she repeated her demand rudely. I asked if I could finish paying first, but her attitude remained unprofessional.Additionally, I noticed that two items had incorrect prices displayed, and I ended up paying a different price at the till. Trying to return these items turned into another unpleasant and rude experience.My visit to the Beauty Outlet completely ruined what had been a brilliant day. This store's poor customer service can ruin your entire mood, day, and even holiday experience. I won't be stepping into this store again. If the staff cannot perform their jobs properly, they should consider resigning. Customers deserve better treatment.

First time using this company online. No issues. Happy with price and products. well packaged and fast delivery. Would definitely use them again.

False advertisement of products . Ordered a foundation marked Down from £9 to £2 and the item that arrived was a small sample of the foundation.

I decided to give this company another chance so placed orders again but the manager/ceo of the company called T... who is very rude and unprofessional found an old trustpilot review from last year and decided to track my account down and cancel my order and ban me from ordering again simply because he didn't want me to leave a negative review and let customers know about the unsealed and re-labelled old stock that they were selling me.
I have seen other reviews complaining of similar issues. T... is a very unpleasant character in the way he deals with customers who decide to mention an issue with a product they send and takes things so personally that he ensures to track down customers who leave a negative review on Trustpilot so that he can send them rude emails due to his power tripping and big ego. Bare in mind, I had ordered many times before and it only took one bad order complaint for the company boss to turn on a customer so that says it all about their priorities and what they think of their customers.

Easy to order, which was confirmed and received with maximum efficiency and professionalism. I am truly grateful for your very fine service and perhaps even more importantly the fact that I could retrieve my favourite product!!

The process from site to sitting on my makeup tray was quick, and order was well packed. I emailed customer service as one of the items applicator was off and in the eyeshadow. Obviously a factory fault not Beauty Outlet, but response and refunded within five minutes! Unheard of service! My new go to beauty company! PS...what a saving too! Buy with confidence folks.

Excellent service when I had a query re: a kohl eye pencil that I’d bought. Spoke to lovely Mia who promptly came back to me with the information that I needed. Quite honestly something simple that I should’ve worked out myself, I just didn’t want to mess with the pencil.

This was my first purchase from BO and I'm very pleased with my products, they came via Amazon Shipping which was very fast, one of my items was no longer available but I received an email from the team within a couple of hours informing me of this and asking me to select another product, none of this held up the despatch in any way, thank you guys I'm sure I'll be purchasing again in the near future, keep doing what you're doing 😊

Having purchased from BEAUTYOUTLET several times previously, I have been relatively happy with them, and I continued to purchase,. However the mark of a good company is how they deal with matters when things go wrong.
As normal I purchased my order by reading the descriptions on the item pages and as Beautyoutlet have discounted prices, I tend to always try a couple of new things when I place my orders. I'm reliant on the descriptions on the product page and normally, I would even try to Google the item title to see if I can see anything else about it or any other reviews on it, but the salon pro items have very little reviews online so I am totally reliant on the description given on the product page. On this occasion the description did not state the item was for curly hair, and not for poker straight hair like I have. I ended up purchasing two of these items which I could not use. The product is called Beauty SalonPro Luscious Locks Curl Spray, however they managed to miss out the curl bit in the title . I emailed them and ask them to send me return label because I believe the fault was theirs , they refused, instead they stated that I could have read the title on the photo of the product, which is not very clear either. All in all I'm very disappointed with their way of dealing with things, I felt have they made a big deal of telling me I could return the items but I had to make sure that they were not used in any way whatsoever or I could not get a refund so for the £5 odd price, they have lost a returning customer. Yes they may be sending out cheap products for good prices etc but they are terrible at how they deal with matters when things do not go so well and I feel that they behaved very poorly on this occasion.
UPDATE: (04/05/2024) i have now been emailed twice by Trustpilot, who have stated that Beautyoutlet have got in touch with them because they believe i have left this review for the wrong company. Not true, the review has been left for the right company, please check your emails Beautyoutlet and you will see the complaint and your reply.
