I dealt with Reba and she was very helpful and helped me resolve my query quickly and promptly. She took the time to listen to me and then resolved my issue. She delivered excellent customer services and I was happy with the result
She kept me informed of the next steps and when my product was going to delivered she makes sure I got it in time for when I needed it. Very fast resolution
She talked and emailed me and kept me up to date

Great shopping experience
Went in the fleetwood branch today.. "i dont normaly do make-up!"
And the 3 ladies on duty where fantastic. They made me feel really comfortable about been in the store. Helpfull with out the pushyness! I will deffinatly be back ❤️ and yes I spent more then planned 🤷♀️

I had never heard of Beauty Outlet and so I looked them up here on Trust Pilot. They had mostly decent reviews. I decided to give them a shot. The item I purchased is not available elsewhere at their price. It arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted. I recommend you try them out too, without hesitation.

All the products they sell aren’t properly labelled on the website.
Once you point this out they quickly change it and offer you a gift voucher so you keep quiet.
Clearly a new website that haven’t found there feet yet, or they use children to write the website for them.
