I made a purchase from Beauty Outlet and would definitely use this company again. I emailed them regarding a question about delivery and received a very quick response.excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and communication, i ordered something that was accidentally listed on website that wasn’t actually available, they emailed me straight away to tell me, refunded me and when I enquired they offered to send me a free one. Particular thanks to Roger on the customer service team for being so understanding and helpful. Not a bad word to say :))

Always great service from Claire in the Fleetwood shop. Claire really knows her stuff and helped me choose a good hand-wash. Products well priced, hard to find Sukin products cheaper than here.

There was an item that I purchased online a couple of months ago and I thought I’d top up as I know how items can just discontinue just like that. I couldn’t find the item online so I emailed Customer Services on Sunday and the following morning I received a reply back but with work I didn’t see the email until this morning. After a little communication between us, I was sent the link to help me purchase the item I was after. It was all so fast. Honestly, I cannot praise my online experience with Beauty Outlet, the lovely person went above and beyond and I couldn’t thank enough. My parcel has already been dispatched.

My nearest beauty outlet is at dockside (maritime way in chatham) and I always have a good experience. At todays visit Tracey H was on the till and she was so lovely. Really friendly lady and even offered to pop my rubbish in the bin for me. Brilliant customer service and always happy to help.

Great products, great service, great prices, helpful staff when product was out of stock and replaced with another, so communication great too! Have recommended to others too..

Recently had a disappointing experience where I had items missing from a store purchase whilst on holiday, contacted customer service and they were sooooo helpful and kind. I didn't expect replacements but they offered them immediately and I had them within a week. Fab service and very happy with the product and I know the one I have for my daughter will be loved too.

My order arrived & was faulty and unusable. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and helped me sort out a different item. Highly recommend.

Excellent price ,quick delivery and beautiful packaging

I was so pleased to discover Beauty outlet has an online shop as the nearest shop to me is quite a distance away,,everything arrived within days and well packaged, i will be buying more from Beauty outlet online and from the store in Gretna the customer service is 5 star.

Honestly the best customer service I’ve had. I bought a stila liquid eyeshadow which was broken when I opened it (the applicator came off in the tube) so I emailed beauty outlet expecting them to tell me to go back to the store which is actually difficult for me, but they didn’t! They arranged to send me a replacement and even checked to make sure the new one wasn’t also faulty. Very impressed and very happy customer

Brilliant customer service! Kept me informed when item wasn’t in stock and provided me with an option of a refund or choosing other products. Super quick delivery as well. Will definitely use again, given the prices and amazing customer service.

Customer service is so lovely, Beauty Outlet go above and beyond to sort out any problems! I’ve ordered a few times and every time I’ve had a problem they’ve always sorted it out!!

I can’t complain one bit about there service, I like how they love to recycle there boxes and give me a panic attack thinking I’ve ordered something else 😉😂

Beauty outlet is a fantastic website. So many items at such great prices! I’ve ordered from here a few times and my orders have always arrived really quickly. Customer service is great too, if there’s ever been an item out of stock that I’ve ordered, they’ve contacted me really quickly asking if I’d like an alternative. Super happy with my shopping experience from beauty outlet website. Only one small criticism: the search feature could be improved, sometimes it doesn’t find what you’re looking for so you have to just scroll through the sections til you find it

I did a product search on Elizabeth Arden trio set of lip protectant. Good price with BO and delivery £2.99 in 2-5 days. Made the payment, email confirming order then nothing. I call today only to be told there is a stock take and no orders will be dispatched for a week. It’s my responsibility apparently to click on their home page just to check that my order will be fulfilled according to the contact I have entered into. I pay my money and I receive the goods as per delivery instructions. There should be a clear warning before entering payment on your website that you are actually not open for a week. The closure info may well be on the home page but when customers do specific product searches it doesn’t appear and neither is it informed before payment is taken. If on the high street a shop decides to close, great I can’t walk in and spend my money, you’ve not communicated to me that you are actually closed, taken my money so I have been deceived. A clear breach of distance & selling regulations. I’m going away on holiday in 2 days, your delivery was 2-5 days, plenty of time for my purchase to arrive. Now I don’t get my refund until Friday so I have to pay out twice and probably have to pay for next day delivery thus costing me more because of your not completing my order. You have taken the money out of my account which you are legally not entitled to do until the goods are dispatched.
UPDATE:
This is their clever response I’ve had to my personal email: ha! They’re cancelling my order. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU ORDER. In my world, If you’re not shipping for one week, you’re closed so don’t take peoples money…… The way they react when you complain you’d think that paying customers were insignificant. I did not have any warning message on the web page if my product search result, that’s an issue with your web platform, sort it out.

As discussed on the phone, we aren't closed, we just aren't shipping till Monday the 3rd April.

Business will return to normal as of the 3rd of April, where depot teams will come and collect all the orders that have built up from the 24th March to the 3rd of April and start to distribute them for customers to receive their parcels by the end of next week.

We would like to add that there was a sign put up on the main page of the website stating that we will not be shipping during stocktake.

We understand the frustration of waiting for a parcel to be delivered, but unfortunately, we put up warnings for everyone to see that there will be no shipping during this week.

Payment is always taken at checkout; this is to ensure your order is shipped and packed. This is written in our Terms & Conditions page on the website, under; Passing of Property.

We understand your frustration, so we will be cancelling your order for you, and refunding you your full amount of £22.99 which depending on your bank will take 2/3 working days to process.
