I received a defect Outlands which wasnt full. Sent pictures etc, was told to send back to receive a refund.

Ordered an Aesop travel kit, the site said there is a 10% discount when joining their member club, joined, it showed the discount, but the price came out full. Tried to contact their customer service, no one has responded in one and a half weeks, and the number you see on the site does not even work. Fraudulant!
