FAKE FAKE FAKE. Fake number, fake contact email, fake product. The one response I have had from beauty traders was the advice to return the faulty/fake perfume and I would be reimbursed plus my postal costs. The signed postage to Bulgaria costs me another £16. On the Royal Mail website, it stated that the return address isn't recognized. I have not heard anything back from them despite their return form and policies on website. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Worst perfume I've ever seen. AWFUL.

ordered a fragrance over a month ago now. Said it was going to be delivered between August 1st-11th and I'm yet to receive it. I have contacted them many times now but im yet to hear back from them.

I ordered a cologne from Beauty Traders, which was supposed to arrive August 1st-11th. Still nothing has arrived. I have emailed them for an update and/or tracking number and have received no reply. Beauty Traders, please contact me with an update or refund my item. Order #1776. Thank you.

This is pretty unusual to ask for experience straight after placing first order, isn't it? Ask me when my item is delivered.

It is really cheap compare to other website. Nice!

Bad experience sent my order back wanting a refund still no refund sent it back track and trace so I no they have received it sent numerous of emails not replying to any of them I will not be ordering off them again and will be taking further action as I'm 120 pounds out of pocket plus postage too

As advised by myself and numerous others, this retailer knowingly or unknowingly enables the sale of counterfeit products. I have apparently been passed to their legal department for my countless emails asking for my money back and my so called defamatory reviews which I have removed to show some regret about how this interaction has concluded. To date, I haven't heard a single thing from their legal team and I haven't received a refund. I won't be going anywhere near this seller again, you would be well advised to do the same.

Here I am again writing another review for the same product beauty traders have STILL failed to deliver. You would have thought they may reply to my numerous emails I’ve sent them - they don’t, they only comment on here to avoid and try and justify their appalling reviews.

So my product (Creed tester - £140) was due to be at my home address by 16/07/2021 at the LATEST, here we are 5 weeks later and still not here.

The only email this incompetent company has responded to is to merely send me a link to a Royal Mail tracking service which still now stipulates the product is still in Bulgaria and hasn’t been updated since 22/06/2021. Beauty Traders think by telling me this is relinquishes their responsibility of when it will arrive as per their comments to my previous reviews on here. I have emailed them continuously asking about my product and now my money back and they simply don’t reply - only on here.

My advice to you all would be never ever buy anything from this deplorable company who are an absolute disgrace

Took exactly a month to arrive, was not the variant of perfume which I ordered. On top of this, the perfume is FAKE, fugazi, inauthentic. I contacted customer service, they said I was not qualified to make this conclusion. You don’t need qualifications to see cheap, crude packaging and poor performance. They have now suspended my online account because of my discovery. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund.

They never reply to you when you ask them for proof purchase was posted, because never posted AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS

Beauty Trader customer support are ignoring my emails regarding returning an incorrectly described item I bought for €220.

This is the second review I'm writing in the hope that Beauty Trader customer support will respond. The first (1 start) review with the same title had, at time of writing, been read by 303 people.

As yet there has been no response to my numerous emails to Beauty Trader customer support.

I ORDERED AFTERSHAVE 10TH JUNE 2021. MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT THE NEXT DAY. DELIVERY DATE WAS TO BE BEFORE 11TH JULY 2021. I NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. EMAILED THEM AND WHEN THEY REPLIED THEY GAVE ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT THEY REFUSED. AFTER SENDING MORE EMAILS TO THEM AND GETTING NO REPLY, I CONTACTED MY BANK. AFTER GIVING THEM COPIES OF ALL MY EMAILS THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL IN REFUNDING MY MONEY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AND TO FINISH OFF, THEY ARE BASED IN BULGARIA!

If you're thinking of buying from Beauty Traders I suggest you don't. Like may people on here who have left negative reviews, I ordered from them and still haven't received my item yet. I emailed them asking where my tracking number was and they just said it's in some sort of euro pallet and I'll get a number when it arrives in the UK. I got the number and it tells me it hasn't left the destination country of Bulgaria. I emailed again asking for a refund but to my surprise(not), I received no reply. It seems they are just taking people's money and not delivering their item. They also just seem to be flagging all the negative reviews. If you notice, most of the positive reviews are from 'customers' that have been invited. I welcome them to flag this review, but it doesn't matter because I'll just keep posting more negative reviews. I hope they can see this because they are a truly awful company.

Great website, only the search function does not work very well.

This company is in Bulgaria so please consider that before spending your money!!

I made my order on 13th June and I'm still waiting. Been messaging them for weeks regarding my orders and so far I've only received parts of it. I am150% sure I was not send the original product. What I received smells of nothing and its packaging was definitely questionable.
Please don't waste your money! Don't waste your time or energy!!

I am no longer interested in the other half of my order and just want a refund for my purchase.
They have completely ignored all my efforts to make contact with them. I'm still owed almost £60 but yet no product 😪

Avoid by all means necessary!

Just recieved my alleged Dior Fahrenheit tester after 5 weeks wait. The packaging is pre-2001, so either it is 20+ years old or it is not authentic. Buyer’s beware. I don’t see any point in re-dress as looking at the reviews in hindsight I should have known better. So disappointed. Updated To clarify, the images on the box the fragrance was received in is a design that Dior stopped using in 2001 (yellow at bottom, red in middle, black on top. Look it up!) Testers normally arrive in white boxes also. Please arrive at your own conclusions. Further update, I have been asked for my details via trustpilot from beauty traders, I understand why but I have accepted my loss and have no desire to enter into a dialogue or dispute with this supplier. I expect my review although truthful will now be deleted.

Order #1763 ordered over a month ago and still not received anything. Says been sent out with royal mail but no proof of tracking number provided. Avoid this company at all cost. They dont even reply to emails and there phone number is a dead line. AVOID.
