This beauty trader site is fake they didn't send my order.

I placed an order they told me by email the goods have been shipped. As of today 11 September 2021 I have not yet received the goods I ordered. They do not answer to emails
No track en trace code

I placed an order of 80 euros on 2 July 2021 paying with my credit card, on 3 July they told me by email the goods have been shipped. As of today 11 September 2021 I have not yet received the goods I ordered. They do not answer to emails. I understood that I never have to pay with credit cards because it is impossible to recover back the money from the bank!

I have yet to receive my order. This is extremely disappointing. I am not sure that they are even contactable to find out where it is. I fear that I can not respond to the people I placed the order with. I have kept all the email correspondence.

I had placed an order on August 1st that was meant to arrive by now - hasn't arrived, their number on the website is invalid, and no ones replied to their customer support email. Total scam by the looks of other reviews - any ideas how we can report them as it's clearly a scam from the amount of people that are saying the same thing?

Placed 2 separate large orders in July and still no sign of them 6/9/21 Countless emails and no response to any of them. Disgraceful behaviour from a business.
Do not order from them.

Absolutely swank, they don’t even respond to emails ordered them 3 weeks ago, nothing no correspondence, going to report them to action fraud

Ordered goods on 13 August and still have nothing on 3 September. No contact, no info. This is rubbish. Dont buy from them

I have placed an order last month. I am angry and frustrated because I can't trace that .there is any reply from them .
Service is very bad.

Seems I should have read these reviews before parting with over £50, About 40days later and no sign of delivery and no contact with company.

Got the recommendation from my cousin and I wasn't disappointed. An inexpensive and reliable dealer.

No delivery yet after 40 days and no respond to email... Advise not to order anything from this 'company', also based on other reviews. Unfortunately did not read the reviews properly before I ordered...

Scam site. They have taken the money, but no order, do not answer emails.

Ordered 30th July a birthday gift which has well passed, had no idea this was in Bulgaria. Shouldn't take a month for delivery. Told me i couldnt cancel order, just want my money back this was no longer required. No response. AVOID

Ordered some Chanel perfume here. Little dubious because never used them before. Probably took about a month to arrive but when I emailed them to chase they got straight back to me. The product was 100% authentic and a saving of about 40%. Will definately be using them again and recommend you do also

Waited over a month for the item and paid for tracked, signed for delivery. Asked for tracking numbers but was fobbed off with "it wont mean anything as its cargo". Eventually they stopped replying to my e-mails and i've written off the £60 - lesson learned if it seems too good (cheap) to be true it probably is,. Could have spent £90 and got the item locally rather than £60 and received nothing
