First and last time using this service

First and last time using this service, I purchased a reservation at AI Oasis Palm Cancun room, when I came at the resort Bedfinders never paid the OPC, I had to purchase a new reservation causing me more money, stress and anxiety. That is unacceptable experience, I did received several respond from BF customer service that till today Tuesday 26th, their still working on resolving the issue but nothing has been, REFUND MY FULL CHARGE to Visa, they are awarded.

We receive different information from the hotel and from you, so we need to investigate a little more if there is a misunderstanding. Please be sure that we did pay for your reservation, so we need to find out why things went wrong. My colleagues tried to call you and email you yesterday, can I please also ask you to contact us and help us clarify what exactly happened, and send us the invoice about the additional payment you had to make?

The price for the room was much higher…

The price for the room was much higher then it was advertised for! Was firstly in Euro then changed to pounds..

It wasn't actually about different currencies (it may have seemed like that), but due to a technical error, the wrong rate was first displayed to you. We already fixed this issue, so no other customers will have to experience the same. We are refunding you for the price difference immediately, and again, thank you for raising our attention to this matter.

So easy and user friendly!! Great UI :)

Bedfinder was super easy to use and allowed me to customize the flights and hotel exactly how I wanted them. My boyfriend and I are really excited for our trip and didn’t have the stress of booking everything individually! :)
