Easy process

No problems making my booking, but won't comment about the stay as it hasn't happened yet. Only negative was the relatively sparse information, I had to find the hotel website to find out check in/out times.

We made a reservation for Easter…

We made a reservation for Easter holidays for our whole family through your web and were charged. The confirmation never came through, when we called first time we were told the system reserved a 4 person appt.for 5pax and that the hotel system didn't allow and counted our 1 year old baby as +1 so the system rejected our reservation (but still conveniently charged us). We called the hotel to find out if we could be accommodated in a 4pax appt. and they said of course. So this was evidently a lie. We've called 7 times in the course of 36hs not once have you called back as promised. We are calling and waiting in line for 10 minutes now and you don't pick, have you flagged our phone number and are avoiding picking up?

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry to hear how difficult it was for you to book your holiday. Unfortunately, the systems could not very well handle the discrepancy between the different settings of the maximum capacity of this apartment - but please be sure that it was not intentional from our or our partner's side. Since this was a last minute booking, it must have been really stressful, I am sorry we had to put you in this situation.
But I am glad that at the end it is all fixed, and you now have your original deal. I hope that despite this unpleasant experience you will have a chance to enjoy your holiday and we wish you a safe trip!

I booked a hotel in Ontario but the…

I booked a hotel in Ontario but the confirmation email said Italy. Claimed it was a mapping error in the system. They were not able to resolve the reservation. It ruined our holiday plans. I will never use bedfinder again.

bad experience

bad experience, booked a hotel in Seattle but got a confirmation for a hotel in Thailand.... the reservation wasnt honored and just leads me to believe that the system is not well engineered...

Update:
The partner helped book the same hotel, however, this time the price was high but was reimbursed for the price difference.
Still, lot of hassle for a simple booking and I had to put in extra effort to rebook, get reimbursement etc to resolve the service error, all that should not have been the case in first place, hence 3 stars...

This is a terrible site - don’t trust it

This is a terrible site. I booked a room for Legoland Beach Retreat (Florida) on Monday morning. Took my money and got confirmation. All looks fine. Legoland Beach Retreat never received our booking and now we don’t have one! Bedfinder never reached out to us. Now the rooms cost $465 although Bedfinder advertised it and sold it to us for $235. No one is taking the blame and we have kids here in spring break from VA who’s highlighters to go to Legoland. Someone needs to make this right quick.
