Cancelled my twins birthday party 6…
Cancelled my twins birthday party 6 days before -booked 3 months ago. Still not had refund tho policy states 72 hours. How can I even try to book elsewhere when they still have my money???Absolutely appalling . Avoid at all costs in case it happens to you.
Since been offered other dates and discount and extra places….. no use as if I’d wanted extra places I’d have originally book them, it’s their birthday this week not another week or I’d have booked another date so pointless gesture and delayed refund continues due to change in their system. Again no help to me

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for us needing to cancel your booking. This has been the result of something outwith our control.
The refund for your booking was processed on the 2nd of October 2023. Our online payment system we use, Stripe, takes 5 to 10 working days to process. Today, as of 6th October 2023 is the 4th working day. You should see the refund on your account in the coming days. Website booking takes around 72hours if a refund is required.
My colleague did offer to reschedule your booking to another venue on the same day and time and offered 6 spaces to your booking for free, worth £220, for the inconvenience and also issued you with a voucher that gives up to 10 players free entrance with the equipment hire worth up to £200.

Edinburgh Bedlam
Booked for my son and his mates at Edinburgh bedlam for his birthday and they loved it. Staff are very professional, taking time to explain the rules and requirements to the boys. Highly recommend and make sure you buy enough paintballs for trigger happy kids.

Bedlam are an agency. They charge 25 to 50% on top of the event providers fee. Always check Google maps to see who is the actual provider and save yourself time and money.
