Finally received my t-shirt after ordering nearly 2 months ago! After reading all these reviews thought I had been scammed! It’s not the mustard coloured yellow in the picture it’s a bright yellow but looks ok and will look good with a pair of black jeans 😊 Size was accurate too.

I placed an order In March and still haven’t received my t-shirt. I sent numerous emails asking for an update on delivery to be told each time “it will arrive in the coming days”. I then asked for a refund, which they said they can’t do. Thankfully my bank has done a chargeback without any problems. I hope everyone who has the same issues does the same to stop these scammers making any profits, and taking advantage of people who think they are helping a good cause.

Wish i had read these reviews before ordering my t shirt at the end of March. Never received it . They took money of course straight away.! These t shirts are made and shipped from China. Numerous emails but just say its in transit. Asked for refund they say they are unable to do this!
Total SCAM . Avoid.

Arrived from China approx 3 weeks after ordering from what appeared a UK based ethical company. Very poor quality. I am still awaiting return instructions after 2 weeks of communication with 'Nikki' from the team who, so far has asked for proof of purchase (none provided with the purchase), photos of the product and has now referred the matter to a 'fulfillment team'.
Please avoid. Total scam.

Terrible. I ordered a top for my mums birthday and after a month still nothing!! They emailed to say wait another two weeks which I did, still nothing. I’ve asked for a full refund twice and no response, how professional. Luckily I’ve gone through my credit card company who will get the money back from them :)

Tee shirt MUCH lower quality than the picture. Awful too-bright yellow colour, design not embroidered as the picture suggests but a cheap transfer.

Save yourself time. Report them constantly. SCAM/

Ditto to all below. I too ordered a T shirt as a gift. Three months ago, still no delivery, lots of BS emails claiming it was not their responsibility, as it had left them. Reminded them the contract is between them and me, deliver my goods or refund my money. More BS emails...all very polite. The company is NOT registered at companies house...I could have grown the cotton, made the shirt and painted a bee on it in three months time! This is a total scam. Ive put in a claim to my bank for a chargeback.

Dreadful company, avoid at all cost. Still waiting for my tee shirt ordered on 4th April and continually being fobbed off by Matt in customer service being told to wait another week, the another and so on despite there being no update on the tracking info since 19 April. I have now asked for a full refund or for a new tee to be despatched and funnily enough, not a peep from Matt. Feel totally and utterly scammed,

Still have not received my T shirt which I ordered a month ago - even I go on to tracking it’s still in transit from China. Feel I have been totally scammed. Wish I had read the reviews on here - honestly thought it was a genuine British shop and I was helping the environment 😢

Order was placed over 2 months ago and still no delivery. I have emailed and complained, all responses are still saying delivery will be made but tracking status hasn't changed. Very poor service and very disappointed customer!

Finally did receive my t shirt. It’s not branded, the picture on it is a transfer, it is made and shipped from
China. I can’t see any difference between the £4 ones on Wish and the £17 one I received. They are probably made at the same factory! Not sure how they actually help the bees either!

One to put down to experience! I dont expect I will ever receive the t shirt after reading the other reviews. Ordered another similar product from etsy for less money.

Received my t-shirt today after ordering 26tth April. Very happy with it.

Absolutely wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing. Awful company - I have been fobbed off by Matt in their call centre for the past 2 weeks after ordering around 6 weeks ago. Very dishonest company - not shipped from the UK as advertised, but from China. Their social media platforms seem to just show pictures of animals rather than any of their products. Buy elsewhere!!!

There's nothing that dozens of others haven said yet.
Except maybe, think about how much of an environmentalist (what the website claims to be) would ship t-shirts and small goods like necklaces and earrings INDIVIDUALLY from China! Think ot the insane carbon footprint.
This is an obvious scam. I have just reported them.

Ordered on the 18th March. Still no product on the 12th May.
Upont first email, "Matt" told me to hang in there, and wait. Professional, eh? On the second email, where I demand a refund, there hasn't been any respons for over a week.
I've done my part, and I will continue to annoy them on instagram, so others won't fall for it.

Pleople like this are the plague of environmentalists and conservationists. Hiding behind a good cause, cheating people's of goodwill.

Took longer than expected to arrive, but it did and I was happy with the quality of the T-shirt.

Same as other people - ordered in March, nothing has arrived in May and the tracking says it's still in the air flying from China.
Firstly, I searched companies house and couldn't find this company registered in the UK. ALL companies have to be registered at companies house. This means it's either NOT a UK company (most likely scenario) or it's a sole trader pretending to be one.
Secondly, the website makes claims about helping the environment but I can't find anything about their outreach and education. And they manufacture their 'goods' in China and fly them from there. Like so many others I didn't do enough research and now know that everything is made and flown out of China.
Thirdly, the people running this company are anonymous. Their website lists three people, but no full names and no press or industry recognition to validate them. ALL start ups use press and advertise the people running the company because it's a good thing to get traction in the market and win over trust. Just about every UK startup does this... there is NOTHING about this company or the people who run it. Matt from customer services must have an inbox full of angry emails. You can tell by the way he writes, English isn't his first language. That's fine except they are claiming to be British. Well done Matt, you've managed to defraud a lot of people using the internet.
My feeling is everyone who has ordered something from this company needs to report them to their banks and to journalists to investigate. These people are opportunists who saw a chance to scam people and blame Royal Mail and Covid19.
Keep reporting their adverts on FB and IG as scams to stop others from falling into the same trap. And keep reminding Matt that he has a lot to answer for.

As others have said, goods don't arrive and continually fobbed off by "Matt". Looks like a fake shop front from the face book page I ordered through. Others kept popping up on my feed after, that looked just as dodgy.
Wish I'd checked out other reviews too, before ordering.
Spread the work on social media as that's where they seem to pop up. Also let your bank know you think it's a scam and they'll investigate. I've just had my money returned from the bank. That's the more likely way to get a refund.
