It's a scam company, bought two cars, sent money, more than a month was waiting for a action. Then they informed that car was sold by third parties. Very hard to communicate with them .
When you send them money means you don't buy the car just reserved.

Be Forward are SCAMMERS!!! Before purchasing the unit (Reference number: BY020526), the sales agent guaranteed me that the unit was in excellent condition and had no problems. Upon receiving the vehicle, I realized that it was smoking and vibrating. While driving, there was a loud noise in the engine and every drop of engine oil leaked out, clearly indicating that the unit had a mechanical issue with the engine. I have been trying to contact the sales agent, used the Be Forward live chat, sent numerous emails and whatsapp messages and can't seem to get an answer from anyone. I spent approximately $13000 USD on the vehicle inclusive of BF warranty and yet they are not responding or trying to compensate me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Update: It has been approximately 7 - 8 days since Be Forward responded to my review and NO ONE has reached out to me by either email or whatsapp. I have emailed and messaged them and NOTHING. The sales agent by the name of "Shaahid" has since blocked me because I was seeking assistance. I spent $13000 USD and can't use the vehicle. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Very good unit how it looks on the pic it came just so. The only thing i find the agents dont really like answering question they more just want to make a sale. But if you understand the auction sheet and condition sheet you should be good

Please reservation time is too short and shipping process takes longer than expected. Beforward company is good place to buy your dream used cars and car parts.

I bought a 2000 Honda ACTY from Beforward(it was my first time.) The truck was amazingly clean and in much better shape than I had expected. I couldn’t have been happier. My truck couldn’t ship right away because it had three more months before it was 25 years old(US law.) so after it passed the 25 year and one day requirement they shipped it to Newport News Virginia. It arrived in three weeks, once shipped. These things take time so be patient. For me the whole process was 5 months and four days from payment to sitting in my drive way. Also, and this is very important, buy from Beforward stock. If you buy one from one of their vendors the vendor may sell your car to someone else before your money clears their bank. If that happens you’ll get to pick another vehicle or I guess you may request a refund. Not too sure about the refund part since everything is done through wire transfer. Every single one of my emails, and there were many, was answered; usually the next day, due to the time difference. I dealt mostly with Shakar and he was very patient with me. When I received my paperwork, sent by DHL, included was a black Beforward T shirt, just my size, and an air freshener for the truck. I trust Beforward and Wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

Buying cars through beforward is the most important thing I got like experience of importation, even the first time I did it was so simple and fast, my advice goes to who still hesitating to by car from be forward, it is fast, safe and simple.

The purchase of our 1997 Subaru Samba was a straight forward process. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the condition of the car on delivery was accurate. Important information is published on a personal customer portal which is very helpful. I requested the export certificate in English and this was dealt with quickly. Overall a good service and I would use them again.

I received my two (twin) Nissan Caravan NV350 high roof vans BY405612 and BY684601 in mint condition as was stated on the vehicle condition report.

My experience was good; I think they can work to make it great or excellent. Reasonable response time as it pertains to customer service and getting problem solved. Just make sure to put in your own efforts to get your concerns address, especially if it is you first time and you don't understand the system! as for the vehicle it is what I expected, no problems. If you are going to be using, be-Forward I recommend you use a verified sales representative, they are listed on the website, the way you would avoid scammers and you know your money is going to the listed bank account which is also displayed on the website. My sales representative Vova was okay but need Improvement. Vova assisted me after I collected the vehicle which I appreciate.
