Customer Service by Bellroy is very good. A real human answers emails in around one day, which is good these days.

However I have twice been given a date for a product being back in stock and then it isn't and now I have been told its going to come back in, in another month. So I have been waiting 3-months to buy a small case. They clearly have trouble with their supply chain. I wish they would address this before launching new products.

Bellroy makes great products, my first wallet the note bi fold lasted me over 10 years and could have still continued on. I currently have the apex version and was a little disappointed once I realized it had slightly less pockets then the original version but I’m making it work and overall I am satisfied. In title I own 4 Bellroy products and have purchased some as gifts. All have been amazing products with a premium feel and great functionality. I would highly recommend and will continue to buy from this company.

We purchased two Bellroy carry-on transit plus hard side roller bags for a recent trip to Italy and Greece. The bags were absolutely fantastic. Additionally, when one of the bags sustain a small crack in baggage handling, I submitted a warranty claim that was immediately acted upon and a replacement suitcase was sent to me.

Fantastic bags — I’ve had two for years, and needed a different size. No hesitation at all in ordering a third!

We did research on soft carry-on luggage and found Bellroy. We went to the website to explore and were delighted. Lots of pictures, clear explanations. Clear size descriptions. The colors are earthy and gorgeous. We didn't hesitate. We bought two lovely soft rolling suitcases for an upcoming trip confident that we will sail through the new stricter restrictions on European airlines. I have since bought the Cinch Mini Messenger, the Lite Sling and the Travel Folio RFID. I am confident that our travels will be smoother, thus equipped.

High quality, highly functional products.

I own multiple Bellroy bags and quite frankly they are the only bags I now buy. I had searched and waisted money on other brands, and yes you pay more for Bellroy but you get what you pay for. For context, we’re a family of seven with children aged 2-14. Needless to say when travelling with a tribe, reliable, well designed bags go a long way. And that’s exactly what you get with Bellroy. My personal favourite collection is the LITE collection, and the majority of the bags we own are from this collection. My top picks are the Lite Totepack, which I use as a nappy bag. I love it as the bag itself takes up minimal space so there’s more room for all the ‘stuff’ you seem to need to carry around with small children. It’s really quite deceiving what you can carry in there. Also love that it can be converted to a backpack which is particularly handy on long days out and about. My other personal favourite is the Sacoche crossbody bag as it’s super slim and lightweight - basically a wearable pocket but with handy compartments. And all mums need more pockets! We also own duffle bags; day packs; city, market and market plus totes; Lite crossbody sling; Lite carryon; and a teeny tiny pen that fits into my slim wallet (not Bellroy). Can not fault any of them. All my purchases have been made online, and I find the website user friendly. If price is a consideration, hangout for the Black Friday Sales, when you can get up to 30% off, or checkout The Outlet section where I’ve made a lot of my purchases. My only small criticism is that they choose to fright the products to us in country Victoria, and this seems to be slower then AusPost, but a positive is the company they use actually deliver to our door, which is not always the case with freight companies delivering rurally. So overall, a great company selling an exceptional product. Highly recommend!

I have purchased several items from Bellroy, the performance and quality has been varied, some have been good, others have been very poor. One item that was poor was a wallet which quickly broke. Instead of pushing for a refund I accepted a replacement, that broke and afterwards I was left with a credit note which I was unable to use for some bundles on their website, which disadvantaged me as an existing customer versus a new customer. I thought this was very unfair. Their communication is fairly good though, that is why this is two stars and not just one!

Maybe if they accurately market and describe them then some of the products maybe ok but Bellroys processes and lack of customer focus are truly appalling. No phone lines, bot’s obfuscate/delay if any issued raised, i.e. the first responses are simply ‘stalls’. Even when they admit their web site is in error (wrong sizes are listed) they still put you through extended delays before refunds are issued. Maybe, possibly, nice products but buy something similar from a decent company that cares about it customers and is willing to correct mistakes in a timely way. Terrible experience.
