The apartment is great and great location and the owners are very friendly.
Car parking can be directly outside the apartment but I wouldn't recommend using it as it is under a tree and your car will get covered in bird poop. There is plenty of parking just a very short walk away and costs only 2 euro for the day.
If there had been some milk in the fridge when we arrived (after the local shops were shut) so we could make a drink, I would definitely have given it 5 stars

Superbly positioned
Superbly positioned. Those not familiar with lively and very popular L'Isle sur Sorgue will quickly appreciate the convenient walking distance into town. Biggest market we have ever seen and loads of nice shops!
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need. Both large table inside and outside. Only mid-May but we enjoyed swims in the lovely clean pool. Enough sunbeds for everyone. A large and pleasant lawned garden. We quickly made friends with the robot mower (nicknamed him Mowbray) - great fun to watch and we needed to rescue him a couple of times!
Masses of lovely villages with only short drives. Plus Avignon of course. There is a convenient Lidl and Aldi, both within walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this gite and would certainly return to it.
For clarity, two bedrooms have a shower + w/basin but no wc, two bedrooms have no wash or w/c facilities. There is a bathroom with shower and w/c and a separate wc with small w/basin.
We could not use one bedroom as it was smelly (drains?). If you need all 4 bedrooms check this has been sorted before you arrive. The lounge was dark even during the day due to a large broken electric roller shutter looking out into the conservatory. Check it has been fixed if this is important to you.

A brilliant property for an absolute downtime!
Very well appointed and maintained gite. The kitchen has a variety of utensils one needs, the hob is gas fired and the microwave and fridge freezer work perfect! It is dog friendly. The living room has a fireplace and Ron provided very good supply of firewood! I would go back more often if there was wifi ( to help me work remotely). The booking process was easy and the hosts were very responsive to emails and queries!

Dodgy double dipping!
I booked a studio apartment through hotels.com for $616.00 for 3 nights and paid straight away, then received another email from the property owners, Bellville by oyo with an attached invoice for another $440, for rent and a cleaning fee, stating it was due in 2 days and I had to pay to receive check in details. None of this was in the listing, I double checked.
I instantly cancelled the advertised “refundable” booking and am yet to see if I get refunded. Hotels.com have stated it should be back in my bank within 7 days 🤷♀️
Please…. Don’t waste your time and money with this company and be careful which property’s you book through was once were trusted online platforms!

Great base for the Ardennes
The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen area with hob and real oven. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We were visiting the motor racing at Spa for just two days but the place would make a great base for exploring the Ardennes. Communication from the host was excellent. We did not use the TV, which is small, but the wifi was very strong once I'd figured out which one to log on. One small thing, it would be good if a small bar of soap was provided in the bathroom and some washing up liquid in the kitchen. Also, the Hotels.com listing says bed linen is provided but it is not. We had a message from host saying to bring linen and towels, which was fine as we brought our car but what if we had been flying? Overall, it's a lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of Belgium. Building close to amenities in the village, supermarkets nearby. Apartment was clean and Wi-Fi good. TV had some UK channels as well so good when in the room. Shower worked well as all appliances did. Parking outside the Castle as well.

Clean, quiet, close to Notre Dame.
Nice Communication prior to arrival, clean and comfortable apartment, good beds and excellent location very near notre dame. Well appointed and only improvements would be a stronger fan in bathroom, stronger WiFi signal in bedrooms and explain the number of stairs to reach the unit along with proper drainage on one stair landing (puddles formed after a rain and wife sailed her shoes :().

Belleville is impossible to get a hold of on the telephone. They do not answer emails. I would not tend to recommend the site of the unit that they provided us was excellent.
