Breath of fresh BEAR
We love BEAR. Such a good brand and so needed in Staffs with its multitude of chain coffee shops. Love how it's day and night too. Keep them popping up!

Great friendly staff
Great friendly staff, amazing ambience, decor and music. Perfect spot for brunch and the cinnamon buns are cake goals.

Great coffee and cake
Great coffee and cake, great atmosphere but last two visits where hot food was ordered from the kitchen was disappointing for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the poached eggs were rock hard and secondly our food order sat waiting at the pass for ages before it was brought to the table. We had to point this out to a member of staff who unfortunately despite the bell being rung by the kitchen staff don’t respond quickly enough. One member of staff looked at the food waiting but decided to casually carry on wiping cups for another five minutes or so.

Good start to the weekend
We love going to BEAR early on a Saturday morning and having our usual large latte and flat white and occasional bacon and egg brioche. Always excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Excellent start to the day
