Our favourite cafe!

We've been coming here for years and are always blown away by the friendliness and top notch customer service the bear provides. You are treated like a person, not "the next customer" here. Throw in great food and a casual environment, you have a winner!

My family and I visit Bear in Stone a couple of times a week and every time is lovely, the best coffee in town by far and the food is always great!

Bear is my go-to on the high street in Stone.
The staff are freiendly and welcoming and the coffee is consistently good.

The coffee and food at the Bear are excellent! Guest coffee as a Cortado made with coconut milk is awesome! Tommy and Grace and the Team are amazing Batista's making this sooo good. Pastries are great, especially the Cherry Bakewell with real whole cherries. Add friendly staff and helpful Chef they have a winning team too. Greg and Michael, the owners, are always happy to receive feedback when on site and they seriously do listen. Sophie, the manager, is a great leader of the team and very customer focused. Hattie, Media lead and Louise, Coffee Expert and trainer bring a love of the Bear and their unique coffees to the forefront. Now the worst of Covid is behind us all, treat yourself to a lovely experience, you won't regret it! Mike

I visit Bear in Stone and it’s a lovely place to chill out. Comfy seating, pleasant surroundings, lovely fresh food. The food is so much nicer than other places. The menu offers interesting choices away from the usual boring offerings and the meals I have tried are tasty, fresh and clean tasting. I like their smoothies too, and always stay for coffee and a slice of something sweet.
Keep doing what you are doing and I will keep coming back.

Bear has quickly become our local since opening in Stone. The staff are so friendly and knowledge about coffee, it's such a joy to visit. We get all our coffee beans from there now and won't be changing any time soon as the coffee really is the best. The food is amazing too, hats off to the chefs! They are even wonderful with children (as ours isn't the quietest) so I want to thank them for not making us feel isolated for that. Overall a wonderful experience and we will continue to visit for life!

Fantastic cafe. Love it!

Cleanliness of tables outside was poor, the only reason they didn’t get five.

We are regulars at Bear, good value and service in a great location.

I love bear cafe, however the one thing that really bothers me is that the lovely cakes are on display and are open. Every time I go for a coffee I always see flies landing on them etc which is really off putting! I also saw a staff member picking a cake up with her her hands before putting it on to a plate and serving to a customer this was after she’d ran her fingers through her hair and touched multiple other things. Other than that the coffee is always good! No complaints there. And the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
