Easy to book and good to have ‘warnings’ about how lucky I am to be skiing for a few weeks. I appreciate your advice about having the site 'auto-filling' personal details such as emails and phone numb... See more

Incredibly reliable, flexible, friendly. Transfers made easy, comfortable, stress free ride from airport to resort and back at a very reasonable price.
We've used Ben's Bus for the 3rd year in a row and would recommend them to anyone!

I wasn’t on their passenger list when I arrived for the bus, which immediately caused confusion. The bus left late, and after just two hours on the road, the driver took a full thirty-minute break for a sit-down dinner. (Despite the reply below, it was definitely 30 minutes and he did have a full hot dinner, I saw him getting it) There were only a handful of passengers, maybe 12, a quick toilet break would have done.
After driving for about an hour following that break, he stopped again due to an accident on the road and spent around fifty minutes standing outside vaping in the sun while on his phone. No updates or explanations were provided at any stage, leaving passengers completely unclear about what was happening. (Response to reply: I'd say he would have missed this major accident had he left on time and not stopped as long)
I was then swapped to another bus to complete the journey, which took approximately eight hours overall. The bus itself was freezing cold.
Overall, a truly dismal service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Always late. Never trust a departure time it is a nightmare. Seriously it is really not normal at all

Ben’s bus staff at Grenoble airport were fantastic. Our private taxi failed to pick us up and they swiftly got us on to the next available bus. The journey was great thank you.

Great service from Ben's Bus. Reps were always easy to find and even when there had been 1m+ of snow, they got us safely down the mountain!

21/2 Bus was 43 mins late to transfer to Grenoble Airport. Likely to miss my flight now.

Efficient and cost effective travel. Good communication throughout
Really great transfer to and from Grenoble airport to Les Duex Alpes. Can’t avoid that traffic at busy times!
I liked the clear interface and the fact that it automatically connects to the flight schedule.
I have used the service for years - excellent and always on time
Excellent service and value. Simple online booking process. Coach was very clean. A special request - emailed to the company - was replied to in a very timely manner.
Easy booking and clear process.....looking forward to my first Ben's bus experience
We had a transfer with Ben's Bus as part of our Erna Low ski package. Unfortunately the first bus to our resort (Alpe d'Huez) was already full so we had a two and a half hour wait at Grenoble airport for the next one. But we were rewarded with the loveliest driver, Najet. I wasn't feeling well and she was so caring and attentive. Ours was the first stop and it was cold and dark when we arrived. Najet helped us get our cases off the bus. I asked if my husband could get back on the bus to the third stop so that he could collect the keys to our apartment from the agency, then he would walk back to rejoin me. Najet would not hear of it. She got us and our cases back on the bus, said she would drop us off at the agency, complete her remaining drops, pick us up on her way back down and take us to our stop, which was just a few meters from our apartment. Above and beyond the call of duty! Apart from that, it was clear that Najet took great pride in providing excellent customer service and kept her bus clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to use Ben's Bus again.
simple straightforward process to book the transfer. Have used them previously with no issues.
A great service by Bens Bus
Pick up was on time, hassle free and the coach was new and comfortable
The driver was also very safe driving in blizzard conditions
Have travelled on Bens Bus for a number of years and past reviews have given 5 stars.
4 stars this time as I have been unable to book my outward journey (full bus 4 weeks in advance). I am however anticipating the same good service on our return trip.
