I have been dealing with Bergfreunde.eu for many years. A great outfit with a super range of products and some good discount options available . They pack products superbly and expedite quickly. Communications are top class and refunds are handled without fuss. There has never been any issues and I rate them at the top of the tree for efficiency, friendliness and Trustworthiness.

Bergfreunde stocks a range of items that we need for outdoor activities. They answer questions about these so that we know we are buying what we need. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and speak excellent English, which helps in a multinational market.

The presentation of the products, the detailed description and the accurate size charts ensure that I have never needed to return a product. The prices are very competitive, especially with the frequent offers that are announced on various items and brands.

First of all service is fast, second to that items are easy to select at enormous choise.

I ordered and paid for a specific shoe model at the listed price on your website. Instead, I received a different model of significantly lower value.
I was not informed in advance that the original item was out of stock, nor was I given the option to choose an alternative or receive a refund before shipment. Sending a lower-priced product without prior notice is not an acceptable solution.
The 15€ voucher offered represents approximately 10% of the purchase price and does not reflect the inconvenience or the price difference between the two products.
As no satisfactory solution was offered, I returned the item on 18 February and provided proof of shipment. Since then, I have contacted customer service to confirm receipt of the parcel and to receive an update regarding my refund, but I have not received any response.
This experience has been disappointing, mainly due to the lack of communication and delayed handling. I hope the matter will be resolved promptly and that customer service standards will improve in the future.

I'm honestly fed up with Bergfreunde. I've ordered three times and two of them I was sent either the wrong item or the wrong colorway and then I was told that the one I chose wasn't available. So it does feel pretty deliberate.
The first episode was honestly unbelievable: I ordered a pair of The North Face mountaineering pants and was delivered another model (much cheaper), in another colorway, but with attached the label from the pants I originally ordered. Extremely scammy.
Today I was, once again, delivered the wrong colorway of a BD chalk bag, a colorway that isn't even listed on the site and, based on experience, I expect the right one to not be available.
Just a waist of time and an inconvenience since people plan on using the gear they order on trips they plan or competitions they attend.

Very happy with my purchase. Easy ordering and delivered on time and kept updated on its progress.
