Customer swervice is SLOW
I placed an order on the site and didn't right away notice there was option for Company order. I wrote them right after from the problem and if they can change the order to company order. It took them so slow to answer that by the time they answered I had received the package.
Their solution to problem was for me to return package and re-order everything because they cannot change invoice for "technical reasons". I can't understand what is so technical in it.
In my package I also received one item wrong, not what I had ordered and my item was missing. I am waiting for answer on this problem for two weeks already. I am not willing to pay for returning item that I did not want to order in first place.

Regarding your request to change the invoice, we would like to clarify that we responded to you immediately. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, it was not possible to modify the invoice after the order process had already progressed, as the order had already been prepared for shipment. In such cases, we recommend returning the package and placing a new order. Cancellation was also no longer possible at that point. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Concerning your comment about receiving the wrong item, our customer service has already replied and is currently waiting for your response to resolve the case fully. If you did not receive an answer from our colleague, we recommend to check all the spam/bulk folders for your email address.
