Really helpful and have used them a few times for flooring tiles. I have been over the moon with the products. The only thing I was suprised about was some tiles arrived on a pallet, and I had no idea what to do with it or how to return it. Eventually I found out there is a colour code on pallets so you can phone the company that owns that colour. Be sure to ask about the potential of things arriving on pallets, when ordering your products. But great customer service. My next order came without a pallet. Also it is roadside delivery, so you may need someone to assist with lifting the items into your property.
