I was looking for a new swing set for my kids. Called them up and they were very professional from the start. They were willing to take apart and remove my old swingset for an extra fee, and their service team dismantled, removed and installed the new swingset in record time. The new swingset quality is great -- very sturdy craftsmanship and installation.

My husband and I decided it was time to buy a shed. We did our research, looked at big box stores and club warehouses and decided to stop at Best In Backyards to compare prices and options. We knew what we needed and what styles we liked but getting the chance to see everything in person was really nice. We narrowed our selections down and set down to do some pricing. With promotions that were going on, it was comparable and with delivery and instillation, we decided to shop local. We couldn't have been more pleased with how our new shed looked when it arrived. The gentlemen that were delivering took the time to make sure everything was perfect. We did have issues with our land, we had no idea it was so uneven (even the delivery guys were shocked at the slope). They were prepared and made sure everything was level. We had gotten a ramp but because of the sloping issues, it didn't work. The guys took the ramp back to apply it to another one that we could use. Unfortunately, there wasn't another ramp that would work. The delivery guys brought back the other ramp the next day. We would recommend Best in Backyards to anyone who asked and we thank you for such a smooth transaction.

No complaints. Quality equipment. Nice sales person. Good customer service. Two guys put it together in no time at all. And most importantly the kids love it! Will be back for more accessories in the future.

Perhaps we had a unique situation, never the less - the shed base was made by one company who apparently had made it to small. But the installers of the shed, seeing that the base was to small continued to built it on the base without coming to the house (knowing that the home owner was there) to inform or even question the situation. It was not until the job was done that the leader came to get approval of the job. Very sad for this common sense outcome. The shed itself is great, well built and looks terrific. And let me say, that when the base was fixed - the crew came back to move it into its proper position. Thank You.

From choosing the shed to installation we had a great experience with Best in Backyards. The sales person and installers were all great and worked with us to make our purchase seamless.

Great experience. Would absolutely buy again (when the need arises, of course) and have already begun recommending to others. The two men put the shed together in a few short hours and it looks great. Very pleased.

Sales guy was great and our kids LOVE their playset. I set my expectations extremely high for this company due to their extremely high prices. That being said the installation team missed some screw holes all together and others were screwed in way too far. Two boards were split on installation (due to the grain of the wood, not shipping). They were supposed to replace them weeks ago and still have not.

Overall happy with the purchase, but again, for the $$, we expected perfection!

After getting over the fact that I could not have a pre-assembled shed delivered to my back yard because of the slope of my yard and my narrow gated drive-way, I chose a custom shed to complement the colors of my house. I received a call five days prior to the scheduled date of delivery, asking if it might be possible for delivery that day. As it happened, I was home and the change in schedule worked fine. About three hours later, the truck arrived, and two workers assembled the shed on the prepared site in about four hours time. I was amazed to watch them very proficiently complete the work, pack up and leave nothing for me to clean up. The shed is well made, all moving parts are functional, and they touched up any spots that needed it with paint. I'd happily recommend the company!

My experience with Best in Backyards was fantastic starting with the sales rep Tod Moloney. Tod took the time to show and describe the differences and benefits between the various units and options that were available. We settled on a 12 X 22 Garden A-Frame which, because of it's size, had to be constructed on site. The three installers that arrived on site were professional, courteous, and experienced. They completed the installation as promised in a day and a half leaving the site spotless. I cannot describe what a great experience it was dealing with Best in Backyards........Thank You Tod.

I visited the shop numerous times over a year, asking questions and comparing styles, options and sizes. When I was finally ready, they were very capable of walking me through the ordering process. Once ordered, they worked with me to arrange 3 different delivery dates until I was ready. When it was finally delivered, the crew of two men were able to help me position the shed the best way possible. Besides all that, I absolutely love my shed. The add ons of special windows and door styles made it so beautiful and unique to my yard.

Delivery was as promised. Our shed was put exactly how we wanted it and looked fantastic. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Best in Backyards.

Purchased a swing set I had to move from one location to the next. And when my date came they were in and out. Took apart set, set up set where I wanted, no complaints,cleaned up area and left. Couldn't ask for a better business model. Thank you
