Being a consistent punter with bet365 with close to 12 months , I had a substantial win recently and instantly the withdrawal was suspended on my account , I could still deposit but couldn't withdraw, hmm that's strange , after the usual nonsense of chasing your tail in circles they refused to pay me , anyone who has dealt with the chat support knows what i mean ,said my account wasn't verified even though it has ,standard tactics applied,even though i have received a message from bet365 saying my account was in fact 100 percent verified, how is this possible after 4hours of painful messages bet365 locked my account upgrading it from a suspension and told me I'm not welcome to bet with them in the future and my account will never reopen , no explanation and as of writing this no funds have been transferred from bet365 to my bank account, I haven't broken any laws yet they have my money and treat me the loyal customer like a criminal , appalling, do not gamble with bet365,as when you hit big they will not pay you out , how this is allowed to happen is just shocking , you have been warned !!

when the app is working its great but massive tech issues. Ive placed multiple bets exceeding 8k and some for 5k and the app completely closes down. I will try opening it up and the actual game is GONE? I have taken screen shots and tried to cash out but there was NO WAY to have access to this. I went to the live chat option where its not live but automated. Keep in mind I have a 8k bet with minutes left in the game and no way of accessing my account. The live chat asked if I'd like to VOID the bet and my answer was YES. The response was we are unable to complete this request. Im telling you this is good only if your sure your bets are LOCK. If you are betting large or max on anything that might require true help your Screwed. I am actually on the phone with them and on hold naturally. Ive have problems with depositing my cash since I opened my account. Its a absolute joke and NO GOOD. Bettor Beware of tech issues its a true problem. Trying to get it resolved with customer service kids that get paid 20 a hour have NO CLUE. Again NO GOOD.

Failed to honour offer after completing all tasks and want a screenshot from the past. Sorry but I don't own a deloreon so lost out on 100 bingo tickets.
Also never paid out on a £5 football offer if it losses I would get back in free bets.
Also noticed another thing happen whilst playing slingo. The win showed in balance before starting the bonus game so goes to show no matter what you select in the bonus game it's already decided. The game was fishing bob.

Avoiding paying a small bet builder for 6 players commiting a FOUL. My last player commits a naughty foul, the ref plays on but comes back and books my player for the foul but Bet365 dont count that as a free kick wasn't given

If you win or complain they flag you and they restict your account and you have to talk to their safer gambling team. If you keep losing and spending more then you don't. They are a vile sick digusting run company, who will do anything to make profit. Run by a vile horrible lady who should be jailed. A bad bad company. Oh and the RTP is a joke.

This site is truly diabolical for slots, I don't mind losing as I want a bit of fun but there is no fun to be had here, save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. My last 14 deposits I've played on the same game my favourite game and I kid you not this site is a complete scam. I have to lose 90/95 percent of my balance before I can even get a single win and the wins are always soooooo tiny that it's pointless even getting it. Play thousands and thousands of spins for 99 percent of them to be dead and get hundreds yes you heard me hundreds of bonuses for 99 percent of them to be 0x. It's truly shocking how bad this site is, I feel like I have negative rtp as I rarely win anything just lose 100 percent of the time and what's worse is my deposits last a few minutes because nothing ever happens. I have been locked out of my account for 4 days now.

I have so far sent 6 emails and not had a single reply. I have raised 2 tickets and no one has updated me on their status.

Ringing the help line is hopeless as you can’t get through to anyone. 45 minutes I spent on hold, Thats tells you just how many problems these are.

I have been a customer for a long time. They appear to be strong on technology. However, they continue to show higher odds on website as compared to when you try to place a bet. eg today Placed a bet on odds showing 100/30 but as soon as I selected it , the odds dropped to 3/1 . I understand the odds can change instrantly but their website rarely updates to new odds. After 5 minutes of placing it is still showing 100/30 , select and it reduces to 3/1. It is a rarity that the other way round. Had taken it up with them but got a weak response and excuse

I basically signed up to them. Deposited £10 wagered it and had a return of £36...Great!!! Next I get my £30 bonus to bet with...woohoo. I decided to bet on a game for win, lose or draw two thirds of the game through(£10 each). The bet was accepted and was asked if I wanted to use my cash bonus which obviously I'm going to agree to(Bet365 fault not mine. I didnt know the rules.). I then cashed out £26 on one result and then low and behold they restricted my account leaving my other bets vulnerable but I then won another £21 from the draw. Fan dabby dozey you think...withdrew it and they then cancelled the withdrawal and within a few hours voided the withdrawal saying I breached rules. Now hold on a minute if I were breaching rules how on this earth can a multi million pound profit making company's security tools,etc allow a customer to make multiple bets on the same game using free bets when it's against their rules?

I didn't know about the rules using free bets but still they can withhold my winnings when they don't stop the issue from happening in the first place. They said betting in good faith lol

Looking at all the reviews, so glad I self-excluded. Been with 365 for several years and used to be a fair sports and gaming site. They sent me an email stating maybe I should look at excluding myself from all gambling and seek advice when I have no issues at all, the problem is the actual site itself, spent hours on slots with no free games or bonuses dropping over a number of days. You are ripping people off 365 by taking the fun and enjoyment out of slots. Avoid this site guys. xx

Worst gambling site ever, they don't even deserve 1 star. I spent over an hour on live chat to get my account unrestricted...I gave up in the end. Customer service agents are absolutely useless too.
