Didn't really use the app, but I forgot I subscribed. When the subscription renewed, I'd ask them to refund me the money since I had not used the app. They refunded it to me without any problem at all. I was very happy that they were able to do that for me. Great customer service.

This app is great, very easy to use and navigate, and also very informative. Unfortunately I could not utilize its full potential due to my health. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a workout routine that is catered to them. The plus side of everything is that their custom service team is also amazing. I had many questions and concerns, which were always answered promptly.

I had canceled my subscription, but I was still seeing charges on my credit card. It turned out I still had an account linked to a different email address. The subscription was canceled immediately, but I can still use the app for a few more days, and I’ll receive a partial refund of the subscription fee. Great service. Thanks.

I joined BetterMe and later realised that after the 12-week period there would be a charge. The interesting part is that I actually never used the service after subscribing, and when I explained my situation, the support team handled it with real understanding and kindness.
What really impressed me was seeing the company’s genuine customer care policy in action. They arranged a refund for me very professionally and respectfully, which honestly became a huge positive bonus experience from my side.
Because of the way they treated me, I would absolutely consider coming back and subscribing again in the future once my life settles down a little more.

Due to family sudden needs, I had to stop the program way earlier than desired. Even if I followed the lessons in a rather scattered way, and for a very limited period, I was surprised by how effective the results were. Maybe not so much in the appearance yet (probably a longer time span has to be invested before results become evident from the outside), but in the way I felt and perceived my body, equilibrium, general wellness. I plan to restart as soon as possible, I regret not being able to continue now. Moreover, the customer service was fantastic in sorting out my payment situation due to the unexpected problems. Really thank you.
