I thought the device was quick but I went in to be treated for covid like symptoms and expected that It would be examined but I left the appointment wondering why no covid test was performed? I ended up having to go to another doctor to verify for covid on the next day.

Very simple and convenient for my wife and I to get Covid testing before an overseas trip. The staff was friendly and cooperative.

Didn't find any compassion or understanding of the pain I was in. Very cold just go to the ER.

I used BetterMed for a COVID test for air travel. Their process was easy to follow and extremely safe. The nurse was professional and cordial and the physician was friendly and efficient. From start to finish it took only approximately 30 minutes.

Hello. When I arrived I called to inform the staff i was outside, the phone keep ringing for 10 mins. No one would pick up to place me hold. Then I got out my car to tell them I’m currently calling them, then she picks up the phone. My appointment was at 11:15am however I wasn’t seen until 12:05pm. The first room I walked in the nurse or whomever was very dry. I asked 2 questions and then realized she was having a bad day due to whatever. I will go to the one on Chester next time.

Was taken care of but my appt lasted for most of the day I didn't get out ofthere till 630pm

Went to BetterMed Chester, needed to be xrayed. Xray tech not there that afternoon had to go to BetterMed Hull Street for xrays. Was Xrayed and told no fractures, possible bruising internally. Pain persisted went to Bon Secours Westchester a few days later and xrays showed fractured sternum.

We love Better Med! We were seen quickly. We never have to wait very long. Health care workers always very friendly & help us with our health care needs.
