Promptly answered phone calls. Given results of tests as soon they came in. Staff friendly. Very professional.

Great people great service. Didn’t really see the need for the Covid and Flu tests. I already had Covid. I know the symptoms.

The reason for my visit was to have a “fit to fly” virus test. The visit/testing went very well. It was the error in reporting the results that cause me an entire hour of grief at the airport in Aruba. For some reason, the results appeared as if my test was antigen when the test I took was PCR as required by the Aruba government. I has to call the BetterMed office and the error was identified. The guy advised that he couldn’t send the corrected results by email and uploaded them to the Athena Health portal which I was unable to login to from outside the US. I had to call back a second time and was able to get him to fax the results. I feel like the error should not have happened as I requested a PCR test and took a PCR test.

Very satisfied with the treatment that I received at Mechanicsville,Va location.
Diagnosed my issue fast and very courteous.
Having the X Ray capability saved me a trip to the ER.

Both myself and my husband went to better med. I went to Ashland and my husband went to the mechanicsville location. The staff was very nice and caring. Would recommend them to anyone.

My son only needed a pre-op rapid COVID test, but they did a great job and had us in and out of there quickly. The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk receptionist, she was very bubbly and friendly, which made us feel welcomed. The price was pretty high though and they didn't take my insurance but they were the first place I called that was able to take us that day and provide results, which is what I needed.

Better Med helped me get a PCR test in less than 12 hours, allowing me to visit a sick relative in Spain. Everyone was kind and efficient.

I waited an appropriate amount of time to be seen. The care providers and front desk staff treated me professionally and kindly. I received care and recommendations for after care as was appropriate.

Prompt entry into office; immediately moved to area for non-Covid-19 patients; seen quickly by nurse to answer questions; Nurse Practitioner checked the injury and ordered x-ray; NP placed a metal brace for finger and I exited by rear entrance. Excellent assistance by all parties, particularly in protecting me from accidentally encountering infectious patients. Highly recommend
